We primarily used the Courtyard Marriott because of its proximity to Gatwick Terminal and the combined hotel and parking offer. The service offered is excellent and for a relatively small amount one can upgrade to a Meet and Greet Service which is definitely worth it when returning to UK from a Longhaul flight.

Did not get advised where to pick coach up to return to Hotel. Car was returned on time, but had a flat tyre, which we would have appreciated being notified on collection and perhaps someone could have pumped the tyre up for us. Also left car in disabled space, and would have expected it being returned to a disabled space. Car was paid to be cleaned, and it was.

Have stayed here twice now and found it really good. It's easy to get to and can even walk to the airport and back with cases if you want to, I did as the bus is a circular route and coming back it goes all round the houses before getting back to hotel! Parking is very good and the service offered by the parking company is excellent. One word of warning though drinks are very dear at the bar! 9 out of 10 all in all.

The return date written on our car parking form was incorrect meaning we had to phone in advance to make sure the car was ready. We were told it would take 24 hours to retrieve the car which seems excessive considering it was only parked for one night in total. However, the car was retrieved in time and we did not have to wait. Off-site parking just seemed unnecessary based on the length of stay. £3 each way per person is also a little expensive for a 2 minute bus ride to the airport terminal. Hotel was great though and the rooms were lovely.

The Car check-in was excellent, easy and efficient. For the Valet parking the car was looked after and delivered back as promised. The hotel check was in contrast slow and inefficient, there were 2 people on reception and a queue formed whilst both of these dealt with one guest. The room was large and comfortable, however we didn't use the restaurant or the extortionate 'bus transfer' as the hotel is only 300 yards from the terminal and there is a well signed footpath
