My room was comfortable and quiet. Bath and shower unit were old and quite worn but otherwise service was efficient and breakfast was what I expect from a Hilton.

The hotel is right next to the South Terminal at Gatwick through the car park. It is just as handy for the North Terminal as there is shuttle service linking the terminals. The room was fine, not great not bad and the bathroom adequately clean with good freebie toiletries. We had booked a double room so weren't expecting to be quizzed on our choice at reception, a simple statement of what we were getting would have sufficed and, had it been incorrect, could have been rectified.

Parking was fine apart from the frequency of the shuttle bus which at 20 minutes was a long gap between buses.

Great package for ease of access, no aircraft noise from hotel which was very surprising considering proximity to airport, hassle free check in and out, made the start of our holiday less stressful! Would definately use again, would suggest shopping around for rates as they vary considerably for same package!

The telephone number for the meet and greet on our way there was not answered. the informtion printed on the form ofor return pick up was incorrect. Even though the verbal directions were correct, this caused some confusion.

This is the second time that we have used this hotel for very early morning flight departures. The hotel is extremely conveniently located, with a short enclosed walk to Gatwick's South Terminal and the transit train to the North Terminal.The part of the hotel that we were in on this occasion seemed closer to the runway than on our previous stay and thus there was some noticeable aircraft noise which slowed our dropping off to sleep. The room was extremely well presented and the 3 course buffet dinner, which was part of our overnight package, offered a choice of dishes and was tasty, filling and very enjoyable. All staff were welcoming and customer-focused. Having said the above, a more customer-focused price for our stay (i.e. more reflective of the deals available in other UK Hilton hotels) would have been welcome.

th whole package of room, dinner and parking was excellent. The hotel was easy to find, we were given an updgrade on arrival as a Hilton Honours member. the buffet meal was very good although the wine was expensive. Altogether a good start to the holiday.

The process from booking to check out to picking the car up at the end of the holiday went smoothly and was trouble free. The Hilton provides all the comfort and facilities you would need - the room was clean and beautifully presented and the convenience of being 'on the airport' is great.

We were dealt with quickly and pleasantly at reception. Our meal was good and all staff we came into contact with were helpful and polite. All in all a brief but good experience.

Comfortable room, Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries, comfy bed, clean & spacious bathroom & a good shower. Buffet style dinner included in our room price - lots of choice, very tasty and friendly staff. Dining room was more informal than we expected - don't dress for dinner! We also got an upgrade for a reasonable price and enjoyed a good continental breakfast. Will definitely stay there again. Relaxing start to our holiday.

If you want to catch an early morning flight this is definitely the way to do it. It would have been better value for a two week holiday instead of a one week holiday.

Easy to find hotel when getting into Gatwick airport, used twilight zone for virgin passengers. This was easy to use from the hotel going along the walkway and submitting your bags the night before the flight. This is between 12pm-9pm, allowing you to walk through depature on the morning without queueing. Hotel facilities were outstanding and also the rooms.Even though the hotel was situauted you couldn't hear any planes going over.

There was a slight mix up with the booking (we had paid for parking and a three course meal but they had no record of the meal being paid for and would not give us our voucher till we provided a print out - could have been a big problem if we hadn't brought a copy and just noted the booking ref!). Other than that and there unwillingness to believe it had been booked without a paper print out it was an enjoyable experience.

A fairly average hotel experience, what you'd expect from a corporate chain of hotels. The main reason to stay here is that the hotel is connected to Gatwick South Terminal, which was perfect for our 4 am check-in. We chose meet and greet parking, which was reasonably prompt and allowed a swift getaway on our return to the UK.

Whilst it is up to me to read all the small print it was not made clear in your advert that I would have to leave my car keys at the carpark and that the car may be moved off airport for parking. I will in future not use you for this reason. Very poor bus service states every 20 mins waited 30 mins on a cold freezing january night is not the best end to your journey. Could not fault the hotel.

I booked a deal with parking and evening meal. What they don't tell you is that they send you miles away for the parking and you have to get a bus back (instead of being allowed to park in their car park) and they give you the worst buffet evening meal my wife and I have ever experienced (and I mean ever experienced). The food was luke warm, overcooked and didn't match the other foodstuffs (curry & new potatoes, roast pork, chips & rock hard yorkshire puddings, I am not kidding!). They think they are being clever by charging you big bucks (obviously to pay for Paris's habit) for bad food & bad parking but in reality, they are driving customers away. We will never go there again and we travel from Gatwick 4 times a year. DON'T GO THERE!!!
