Reception was not welcoming or informative and the food was not fresh and mostly finished. However it was pleasant enough space to sit quietly in the middle of the night.

We had a flight at 1.45am to Sydney so it was convenient for us to be able to have a shower, meal and a rest while waiting for our flight to leave.

I have to say that compared to June 18 months ago, I thought the standard of food was not as good, the selection not as good and I had to ask for things to be replenished as in some cases they were empty. I asked for something with cheese and they gave me a sandwich, but was disappointed with the selection overall. Different things were brought in from time to time when things were down to zero or almost, and in my opinion they should have been there to supplement the things already there. Will book again next time I am travelling to Australia because I need a rest with a long layover, but just saying not nearly as good as 18 months ago and this was confirmed by another couple of travellers.

this transit lounge is away from the noise of the airport, so you can relax. The showers are immediately attended to - cleaned and ready for the next person. I didn't find food appealing enough to enjoy it but you can't go hungry, and I would wish to find reclining chairs in the relaxation nook.

Staff were welcoming and friendly on arrival. Area was clean, neat and tidy. Plenty of refreshments and food available. Peaceful and quiet. Will definitely book again.
