It was the worst lounge we have EVER been in! it was dirty and every table was full of dirty dishes with lots of left food. we arrived to find there was very few seats left to sit on.the food was terrible even
the soup was so watered down it did not even have taste of mushroom.
To the lady who kept the toilets Thankyou they were spotless. We left very hungry and tired and looking for food we could eat
Singapore was very badly let down by the Ambassador Lounge.
Please sort it out!!

The lounge was not large enough - the seats were far too close to each other. The Food was mediocre - the free welcoming drink did not include any alcoholic drinks which were very expensive to buy. Multi sex showers and washroom facilities hardly appropriate especially for elderly customers who expect and deserve some privacy at least from the opposite sex. The Free Lounge facilities at Chiangi are the best in the world - we will not use the Ambassador Lounge again.

After a long flight and before the next leg of another it was so good to have a shower to freshen up and then relax on one of the massage chairs. The food was ok it did get a little busy at one point but it was still nice to relax in a comfy chair and the staff were very pleasant. I would definitely use the facilities again.

for the price we paid, I would expect little bit of more choice of food and friendly receiptionist. All the facilities are O.K, but the lounge is a bit small and no private office for email checking with computer provided by lounge. Staff does not have any sense of hospitality but only give standard service for working .

The Ambassador Lounge, is an inexpensive , very comfortable lounge to relax in when you have a 3 hour wait at Singapore's Terminal 3. Good location on the mezzanine floor. Excellent showers , good selection of food , all in all highly recommended.

Given the amenities at Changi the question is: why bother ? The lounge is dimly lit, uninviting and offers no real value for money. If you enjoy paying £25 for Heinz cream of mushroom soup with a paltry buffet, no alcoholic beverages, nor anything simple and appetising, beyond a few day long lingering buffet dishes, then good luck.
Free internet access is readily available in all airport areas. The only benefit seems that you can have a shower should you wish. Well, expensive at £25 even so !

I have used the lounge on several occasions and it is great to be able to have a shower after a long flight. Remember to take your own toothbrush and toothpaste or take the one off the flight if they provide it. The lounge at Kuala Lumpur supplied these but Ambassador does not. The food provided is good but you may struggle if you have a dietary requirement such as gluten free. I will be using the loung again on my next trip.
