Quite a good lounge, particularly if you have a long wait between flights. Some of the furniture is a bit strange - I had a table that you couldn't balance a glass on as it had a soft top. Hot and cold drinks were varied and plentiful, and the hot food was good. Snacks were a bit limited and not at all interesting. Cheese and biscuits sounds good, but not when the cheese consists of processed slices packaged in plastic! The lounge was busy and I think it showed in both the poor choice of snacks and the cleanliness.

Very good and relaxing except for 2 storey faced receptionists who couldn't find our booking. Then it was a matter of You may as well stay as they returned to more important things. Otherwise lovely.

Very friendly welcome, nice choice of food and drinks, spotless shower facilities.
Although the lounge was quite busy it was still very comfortable.
Very good value for money.

Me and my wife had to wait for over 6 hours at Oliver Tambo airport. In order to spend the time in a relaxed manner, I pre-reserved a place in the Shongololo lounge. I was surprised in a very positive way reagrding all the facilities when we came there. A nice place to settle, all the food and drinks we needed and I could have a shower before boarding the plane. The only point that was a little negative was the fact that the loungs was quite crowded with people.

All perfect except I couldn't get on to the internet and the girls on reception told me it must be my phone but I'd managed to get onto internet everywhere I stayed in Africa. A shame otherwise it would have been 10/10

Possibly too much seating in groups of 4, could do with more for couples. Hot food was excellent. Staff had to be shown that certain drinks had run out rather than being attentive. However, overall a pleasant stay for a few hours.

Great lounge, excellent facilities, good selection of hot and cold food and drinks and the food was delicious, my only criticism would be for those with a sweet tooth, there were no sweet/desserts or pastries to round it of. Worth the money would definitely use again.
