The whites wine at Johannesburg was on dispensers in a chiller rack that wasn't working. Nobody had common sense to put a couple go bottles of white into the beer fridge which had plenty of room instead they just said there was none available

I had a long wait between flights at OR Tambo and decided to book into the lounge. I was very pleased that i did, and felt it was well worth the money. The lounge was comfortable, quiet and had several different seating areas and televisions. There was food and both alcoholic and soft drinks available and excellent toilet facilities. A pleasant way to pass the time.

The facilities are good and the food is okay, although a lack of bottled water was a let down.
The other let down was the poor quality of wifi service which was intermittent and a frustration. I eventually gave up trying.

when I booked, I wasn't sure and thought it was a waste of money, but using the lounge, I would recommend it for others, because it is value for money and makes travelling that much better.

First time I had done this but I booked the Bidvest Lounge on both legs of my trip, between LHR- Jo'burg - Liliongwe and the return. It was great to just sit in a comfy chair, enjoy a leisurely drink and a few things to eat and to just relax in peace and quiet. This is something I will definitley do on any future trips
