A large airy lounge with a range of food and drink to suit anyone. It's a great way to start the holiday. Very relaxing. We will definitely be using again.

Was met by a friendly lady on reception and that was about it. Food what there was of it wasn't up to much. A few tuna and mayo sandwiches and a few egg and cress and we had to ask for those. Otherwise there was some tasteless cakes which didn't seem at all fresh. There was some veg soup but no rolls or butter to go with it, and we had to ask for bowls and spoons. The barman was sour faced and not at all pleasant no smiles only frowns, and the measures would barely have touched singles. Ihave been in many lounges and this one was by far the worst ever. A total waste of money and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, even my worst enemy. I Hope this actually gets printed and not deleted.

We use the executive lounges at Manchester airport all the time but have never used the Aspire lounge & never will again. There was a lack of staff & you had to queue for 20 minutes to get served with drinks. No food was available for over an hour. No tables had been cleared & there was no policing of the dress code. The atmosphere was noisy & disruptive & we would have been happier in the main terminal.

Overall very pleased. Bacon butties nice and replenished often. Good selection of pastries and drinks. The addition of a games console for young children is great. Staff could be a little more professional and curteous ( on arrival the receptionist carried on a personal phone conversation rather than see to us). Sometimes had to find a member of staff to serve as all were in the kitchen at the same time. The coffee machine near the kids computer wasn't working again. Although these are quite minor but when you have paid for a service you expect these things to be right. Would use again next year.

On arrival me and my friend arrived in smart trousers wearing tshirts with a lpool fc logo to be turned away at there door very rudely i may add !! Nowhere in the description did it say we was not allowed to advertise our team all it stated was 'smart casual wear and no shorts' , i was smart casual and no short. And i have also worn this same tshirt in the lounge before too I usually travel up to 6 times a year and always use this lounge but will never again after ringing customer services to try for a refund for me and my friend were basically told they do apologise but theres noone that can help me so i lost £44 for nothing ......

Having used lounges on very many occasions, did not like this experience, will not use aspire lounge again, don't like the fact we had to queue for a drink and the snacks we enjoy on a regular basis were not available at the time we were there

Spend approximately 3 hours waiting for a flight to Corfu with my family of 7. Teenagers made the most of the charging stations and really enjoyed the mini bacon baguettes, while the adults sampled the good choice of beverages available.

I got back from my hols early hours of this morning, and was just reading my e mails prior to e mailing service air customer relations. The aspire lounge was a total disgrace. They were under staffed and full to the point were they'd stopped letting people pay at the desk because they couldn't cope or cater for for people who'd booked in advance. There were huge queues, hardly any food. No salad stuffs at all, unless you count a small paper bowl of cherry tomatoes. The staff were stressed and made people feel very uncomfortable. There were hardly any seats and most of the tables were left uncleared for some time. I paid £35 for my husband and myself and in all honesty I'd rather have gone to mc Donald's. To my knowledge there was at least 3 other people requesting a complaints procedure, so I guess that says it all.
