So easy to book with and had no hassles whatsoever. Just pay, park and drive.

I found booking my parking on the internet to be easy and very convenient when I arrived at the airport. There was a bus close by when I parked the car which left me very near the airport entrance. I validated my ticket on my return journey and this was done quite easily by the staff at the short stay kiosk. I will certainly use this facility again; in fact I will be booking again shortly as I have a weekend away coming up at the end of February. Well worth visiting the website.

picked up by coach as soon as i parked. However no coach in sight when I returned to airport. definitely convenient and speedy not having to queue at pay points. would certainly use service again although i think parking prices are still expensive at airport.

parking at airport was a lot easier than i would have thought. i booked on line as you know, but didnot think it would be as hassle free as it was. i got my ticket validated on departure and when i returned i just walked out of terminal into my car which was a few yards away. fantastic. i,l defintely be using it again.

Pulled into parking space and before I had my bags out of the boot, the bus had pulled up alongside and waited to take me to the terminal. GREAT service, GREAT pricing, thanks.

No signpost to direct to correct carpark, ended up asking policeman who directed me to long term space. There was a bus with no driver and absolutely no staff available in park. No bus available on departure or arrival. More attention needed to direct first time users to correct parking. Other Long Term Car Parks much more efficent.

It is staff like their bus driver that would really make me recommend their service. (It may actually have been the same driver the two times!) Also, on the return journey to the car park, the driver took the few passengers immediately- instead of making us all wait until the bus filled up. We were all delighted with this, as it was an extremely cold and wet night.

beware of using this car park very late or very early. The information desk inside the terminal which validates your ticket is only open during the day, so if you arrive late at night, or early in the morning, you are required to walk over to the main car park to get a validation and then walk over to the long stay to get your car, resulting in a very long walk. Outside normal hours I would recommend the private car parks across the street from the terminal, like Cosmo or McCausland's

My confirmation e-mail stated that I could validate my ticket on departure or arrival.I walked to the ticket booth at 5am to be told that the attendant was not aware of my booking and would not be informed until the day before my return. Was he or the e-mail wrong?

By booking on-line I knew I had a parking space near to the terminal. There was no last minute panicking. It was easy to get the ticket validated as the desk was on route to security. On return there was no delay, we simply went to the car and drove home - a hassle-free experience.

On arrival found the directions to the long stay car park very easily. The only criticism being for a second I thought I was in the wrong long stay car park as it was under a new name. Courtesy bus was driving round car park to bring you to the termianl, we decided to walk as we were parked quite close. On entrance to airport go to customer services and have your ticket validated by a member of staff. On return journey, the courtesy bus was waiting, it dropped us off at the bottom of our parking point. Exit was simple put your validated ticket into machine. Great service would use again.

We arrived at the carpark at 4 in the morning. There was a transfer bus, which had just left as we pulled in, so we decided not to wait for it, as we weren't sure how long it would take to come back around. We had 2 children with us, but it was a really short walk to the terminal building. Car park surface isn't great, but I've seen worse! Easy to find a space. On returning, it was a bit of bother going up to departures to get the ticket validated but it was done in 2 seconds and we were away! I would use the service again!!

I found parking very close to the entance so it was only a short walk to the terminal building. But i had two young boys with me and had driven from Dublin at 4 am and on arrival at the air port for the 1st time i found no body to tell me where to go as it was still dark i did worry about the lack of security.Also there is no sign any where to tell where to go to validate the parking ticket.I had to ask one of the airline desk staff. The long stay area is easy to find but unfortunately I couldn't say the same for spaces! We were not handy to a bus stop so pushed a trolley to the terminal - perhaps more bus stops would be helpful? Otherwise very hassle free and very good value for money!

Having used the airport carpark twice before I was disappointed to find that i had to go to information desk to validate my ticket - this had been the case the first time i prebooked, but this system had been improved the next time with a desk in the arrivals lounge. I was disappointed to find that this was not in place on my return this week - particularly as Belfast International is poorly signposted in how to get back upstairs to arrivals where info desk is situated. A back word step! I never met any staff so cannot comment on their service and was fortunate to have a space near the terminal where the parking surface is ok, but am aware that further way this is not the case. I was close enough to walk to terminal and never saw the bus (I have never seen it in 3 attempts).

Excellent value for on site parking. Parked ourselves and kept keys so no worrying. Only drawback having to find information desk (wise to do this without luggage as you need to go upstairs) but we will know next time. We didn't need to use transfer coach as within walking distance.

Nothing to recommend this service apart from a few ££ cheaper. To validate your ticket on return it is necessary to return upstairs to the far end of the airport.A long walk and you have to leave your luggage trolley. Not a pleasent experience after a long flight. After carrying luggage back down stairs no bus transfer available. Car park poorly lit and surface no better than a bomb site. Not worth the annoyance. Will not use again.

Difficult to walk to terminal, which is only a short distance away, due to rough pavement and lack of trolley ramps. Buses are there but distance is so shoort its not worth waiting. Information office validation is annoying - finding them and going thru process. overall a reasonable service.

Our experience was very good indeed. Although when we arrived, the airport pre booked places were taken. We then stayed in the other car park for the same price. It was good. The ticket was the easiest of all, the desk was on our way out. Will use this all the time.

Easy parking and good checkout facilities late at night with desk set up inside terminal. Bad walking surfaces especially in rain. Small parking bays and someone had parked very close to us.
