Very well organised bus service, regular and effecient. Contact point within the airport is accesible and in a focal point. Parking surface could maybe be a bit better, but still quite acceptable.

The service was slick and convenient. The staff were pleasent and helpful. I had no problems using the web booking system and pre-payment made the whole experience quick and easy. I will use this car park for all future airport car parking. Value for money.

I have used Belfast Long Stay Parking before and find it easy to book,located close to the terminal building and good value. Had a little problem with card at the exit, but staff quickly sorted it out. See you again soon.

Excellent value for money. In fact, £10 cheaper than last year. Car park easy to get to with plenty of spaces. Staff extremely helpful. I forgot to validate my card, called through intercom and left the car park within 5 minutes with assistance from a very obliging staff member.

Easy to miss the pay point in the terminal though the information desk can also validate your ticket on departure. Make sure to remember where you parked your car because the main car park is massive....

Saved money using the service, but the bus to transport you to the carpark should be outside the terminal as in the city airport. Will use again as it saves money.

This is by far the cheapest parking at Belfast International, and car park easily accessible to the airport. Customers could be advised to arrive that bit earlier during peak periods to enable them to find a parking space in time.

Booking the car park online was one of the best things I did with my holiday! It meant I didn't have to look for cash, I received a cheaper rate and didn't have to queue up to use the machines! I just had to see a man to get it validated! And I got to talk to someone!

The information desk is situated away from the arrivals hall and ticket had to be validated here! Car park surface not great for driving on and lighting not great, but it was cheaper than other car parks.

Found it much simpler and easier to book online and no more queues at the pay station. Picked up my bags, straight to desk and that was it - straight to car.

Definitely would use this service again, for proximity and convenience to airport. Bus was a great service. The only downside is it was a bit of a chore having to go back up from arrivals to validate your car park ticket upstairs. Could the desk not be more conveniently located near arrivals area?

Nobody available at information desk or at carpark to instruct us what to do when we arrived. Same applied when we got back. Very disappointed with the service and no transport back with luggage on return.

The car park attendent was extremely helpful. We were lucky enough to park within a short walking distance from the terminal. This was our first time using this carpark, but it certainly won't be our last.

Very convenient and reasonably priced facility, especially for the independent traveller. Would definitely use this facility again and would encourage others to do so.

small roblem of finding the customer servcie desk at level 1 at belfast airport as arrivals are on the gorund floor. However i was assisted by an excllent member of your team. she was an exstrmely friednly lady and would encourasge me to use the car park again. i travel weekly and will consider using it rather than the short stay car park

Easy to locate car park direction were good. Found space and bus even pulled over right near car to pick up not een at bus stop. Pleanty of pick ups and drop offs around car park. Within Belfast International two places to validate ticket which was good and convenient. Definatley use again and recommend to family and friends.

I hadn't pre booked this car park previouly and was not sure where to get the ticket verified before returning to the car. We had to go back into the airport through the check in area and back up to the information desk. In fact a member of staff advised my wife to go back through to arrivals and up some stairs where she met another member of staff who directed back through to the departure lounge. The whole process took at least 15minutes.

The bus service was great. Desk in arrivals is quite hard to see - hence the reason I have walked to the kiosk in the main carpark a number of times previously The carpark surface in very uneven and as I am currently recovering from a broken ankle I didn't find it very easy to walk on. It woiuld be great if a board at the entrance could indicate where the nearest spaces are instead of spending 10 minutes driving up and down looking for somewhere to park No evidence of any security staff any time I have parked there so I wasn't aware there were any!

That was the first time I used that car park, usually would use Cosmos or McCausland. Your car park was half the price, just a short walk to the terminal, a simple system to book on line and staff were extremely helpful and approachable. Have and will reccommend to all my family and friends

As myself and my 3 children arrived into Belfast In. at 5am I was very disappointed after attempting to get on the coach to learn that I had to make my way to the short stay carpark to give my reference number as I had already paid prior to my holiday.This was a big inconvenience especially so early in the morning and the fact that I had not been informed of this procedure when booking!
