The experience was an easy transfer both ways to and from the ship, with value for money added. The car was parked for us to just get in and away. Very efficient.

We had excellent service, very well organised from the minute we arrived to the minute we got back. Very friendly and efficient. They made everything run smoothly.

Leave time to get through town if you come the M20 route as it's tucked up the back of town. Transfers are were quick in the little mini bus and because they are small, it means that you don't wait a long time for a bus load to arrive. Facilities are basic, but I don't want to spend time at the car park, so no problem. The car park seems secure, but how could I tell - my car was there when I got back, so on a sample of 1, all fine. I think that all car parks are overpriced, but this is cheaper than the ferry terminal and about the same as a long term at Gatwick. I will use them again.

Staff helpful with our cases, and the speed and efficiency of the transfer to and from the cruise port was impressive. On our return to Dover, perhaps we were lucky, but we got on our way much more quickly than we had anticipated.

The positive attitude of all the staff we met made a great difference to our experience. The car park was a little tricky to find as the detailed instructions given by email wouldn't print off clearly (part of the page was missing - my poor computer skills!). On our way home our ship was delayed by 18 hours (no extra parking charge - impressive!), we were cold and tired and I had lost our ID card, but this was no problem to the people on duty. "We'll be here until everyone is OK!"

Well organised, friendly, efficient, easy to use and speedy transfers to and from Dover Cruise Terminal. Its a pity that this facility is not available for Southampton Cruise departures. Will definitely reuse for future Dover sailings.

We have used Relyon services before so we knew what to expect. Excellent directions to the parking, very courteous staff, swift transfer to and from the port and careful and considerate handling of luggage on arrival and departure. If we sail from Dover we know where we will always leave our car because we can 'rely on'you!

When we arrived at the car park our luggage was swiftly loaded on to the coach and taken to the port straight away, on our return the chap was outside telling us where to go to the coach and we were picking up our car and on our way home 15 minutes later. Thank you.

I arrived at the Dover terminal with a puncture, and I was told to go and enjoy my holiday. I was most grateful upon my return to find the staff had organised a new tyre to be fitted, for which I am extremely grateful for. I think this is really 1st class service Thank you ,and your staff very much.

I took my bicycle on holiday and they had a large enough vehicle to take me to the Ferryport to save me riding. When I got back from holiday my car had a flat battery and the team helped me with a jump start.

We found the directions to the Car Parking site easy to follow. Staff were friendly and helpful. After a long drive, access to a toilet was welcome, but the amenity needs improvement; having to wash one's hands in a kitchen after using the toilet is not satisfactory by today's standards. Otherwise quite happy with service.

Directions to the parking site were very good, the booking in straightforward and an immediate shuttle transfer to the port. On return there were coaches waiting to shuttle us back to the car park where the car was ready and waiting. Much better value than parking at the port.

Staff were efficient and friendly at both drop off of car and pick up at the end of the cruise. They were waiting for us, as promised, when we came off the ship. We made sure to wait until 8:00am before coming off the ship, because we were told that is when the shuttle service would begin.

Sat nav took us close to the location , could be perhaps better signposted on the approach to the location. Close to terminal and prompt transfer. Transfer and handover, was quick and efficient.

Slightly difficult to find the premises otherwise good value when compared to other Dover prices.

I found the location easy to find and the instructions clear and concise. The staff were helpful, courteous and friendly. They assisted without promt.

There was a slight delay with pick-up from Port but otherwise the service was very good.
