Everything was explained in great detail we had no problems finding relyon, the service was friendly and reliable.

Would have liked the choice to park my own car and keep The keys whilst i was away. The fact they kept them put me in an uneasy mood.

The compound is not quite what was expected being in a industrial estate and I was not sure that I was even in the correct place however the car parking was easy and hassle free

Only niggle was the size of the mini buses - bit squashed up. Otherwise, staff very friendly and helpful.

Don't be put off by the road conditions as you approach the access, this service provider does what you expect for the money

the road leading to the car park needs resurfacing.The only thing that was not first class was we phoned for the transport back to the car park when we got off the ferry only to be told to phone back when we got to the pick up point after a long day travelling the delay was not welcome. The staff however were brilliant.

No problems at all. We arrived one hour before booked time and did not collect car until after booked time for collection and this was no problem. Place was easy to find.

Car park was easy to find and outward transfer in miibus was fine. Luggage handled well. Return transfer not so good as a coach was sent to meet Cruise ship. As the first passengers on the coach we had to wait for 30 minutes before coach set off for return transfer. This is not what I consider to be a "shuttle" service.

The only gripe was with the directions (from M20) in Dover. At the last roundabout saying 'turn left into High Street' - this is clearly marked 'YORK STREET', later becomes High Street. Was confusing but followed our noses and found Relyon. Otherwise excellent value, very satisfied & happy to recommend.

Excellent instructions to find the car park. Friendly service when we arrived. Punctual service at the registration desk and quick transfer to the port.

Arrived at the car park, directed to reception. Even though it was a very busy Sunday morning, the staff were friendly & efficient. They explained what I needed to do for my return and then directed me to the ferry transfer. Myself and my 2 teenage sons only had to wait a matter of minutes for the transfer bus. It was quick & easy and would definitely use this service again! Thank you.

good parking facility and immediate transfer to the port, half an hour wait on our return however due to heavy traffic we were told. overall no complaints and would certainly use again, many thanks

Being picky the instructions to reach the car park should have a follow the Hospital sign at the last set of lights. The staff were great and our transfer just went like clockwork. Would use again at any of there locations. Thanks to all the staff on site.

I was brought from the carpark to the port in immediately after dropping off the car. On return from France the next day, I rang the number provided and a taxi was arranged to pick me up when I left the terminal building.

I had no problems and we were delayed by a few hours and the ship let Relyon know and they were waiting for us at the later time which was comforting.

the service was good with no hanging around at the car park. Return from holiday was delayed by approx5 hours but the transfer from ship to car park was done very well especially as there were a lot of passengers using the same car park.

Was worried, as it was leave keys but should not have been. From check in to transfer to very prompt pick up from terminal and pick up of car. Very reliable is Relyon. would use again. Best value in town.

My three children and I were taking a day trip to France and after research decided to use the Reylon car park. We followed the instructions sent through on the confirmation and found the car park easily. We arrived about half an hour early and were heartily welcomed. A taxi was ordered, and arrived qucikly, to take us to the ferry port. We were given a number to call on our return to arrange a pick up, which again was a taxi that arrived within a short time. Our car was ready on our return and we were waved off on our way. Would heartily recommend Reylon for anyone travelling from Dover.

Although the park is a little way from towncentre it is still a worthwhile experience,BUT! why on earth are cruise passengers charged appreciably more than ferry passengers ?
