Friendly service. Good Value. They got us straight on to the shuttle bus to the ferry terminal once we arrived at the car park.

This is the third time I have used Relyon Cruise and Ferry parking and there has been no problem each time. A sign at the last set of lights would help to find you.

The ferry from Calais was late, and we were very tight on schedule for the train to London. I let the receptionist know this, and she immediately called the shuttle bus to take us to the Dover priory Train Station. We got there about 60 seconds before the Train arrived and were able to get the tickets and catch the Train at the last second. The way back was just as convienent with the shuttle bus. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone taking the ferry over - leave your car here. Extra: is also very easy to get to from the Dover ferry port by car with GPS.

Very quick service, luggage put on mini bus, keys handed over and we were taken quickly to the cruise terminal. Upon embarkation their staff were waiting and we quickly boarded a minibus and were taken back to their site where our car was waiting. Would recommend.

Directions to Park easy to follow, hassle free when we got there transfer efficient At end of cruise we were met and taken to car, and from disembarkation to leaving Dover took less 3/4 of an hour.

I would not hesitate to recommend your services to all my friends and neighbours.

Staff were very reassuring and transfer from car park to cruise terminal at Dover was very easy.

From booking to reclaiming our car, the whole experience was made as easy as possible. Directions were excellent, the reception efficient, transportation to the ship really prompt, and we were greeted on getting out of the ship on our return. There was no hanging about at all. The staff were friendly and business like. I would use them again.

No frills secure parking on industrial area close to ferry port. Clear directions, helpful staff and great value for money. Car was ready on my return. Would definitely use again.

We went to London by train and had good luck with that Reylon parking services at Dover. From the beginning everything was as expected - priceless. The shuttle service to/from the Dover Priory Station had been great and accommodating. The service staff had been very, very friendly. Why choosing "second best"? Next time, we are going to book again - Thank you very much!

a bit far away from the ferry/center of the city, but they offer a transfer (also to the train station, which was great). very helpful staff.

Good booking details and directions to parking site. Quick transfer when we arrived and taken straight to Dover port. The driver said on our return to call as soon as we had berthed. True to word he was there to collect us when the coach dropped us off. Will use again. Thank you Nigel Downes

I have been using this Company for around 20 years. At first glance site is run down and scruffy but the staff are friendly & helpful, they are relatively inexpensive and the transfer is always efficient both ways. This year they have installed a small bus shelter in case it is raining! Fully recommend.

Wa were delayed in France and also in the port at Dover due to adverse weather conditions and the police closing Dover port(nothing in or out) Phoned ahead to the car park to inform them and was told 'no problem somebody here all night'. After finally been allowed to leave the port after mid-night we got to the car park and the staff checked on-line for us to see which roads were still open out of Dover.....much appreciated....we got home safely
