Had trouble parking to start with as shuttle parking 2 was closed, but the staff asked us to park in shuttle parking 1 so we did. On returning and trying to leave the car park the machine said we owed £60+ so we had to speak to an attendant who dealt with it straight away and we were on our way with no trouble! Would defo use again!

The number plate reader failed to operate on arrival, but I was able to obtain a ticket. I was a day late in picking up my car but this was sorted quickly and easily on the phone by the exit.

Great directions to the car park, swift collection by shuttle bus, helpful driver. Good service on internet, no problems, many thanks

Great service - on airport parking and very rapid transfers in a pleasant bus. Two minus points - I apparently was given a 20% discount at booking time, which made it £35 per week, so I booked at that price. Yet I had an unsolicited e mail shot a week later offering me the same 20% discount but this time it was £25! WHY? Too late anyway - I'd booked. And a minor point, the ticket didn't work at the exit - they wanted another £60 to escape. Soon put a stop to that!

Large carpark well lit and secure parking no problems on entering and leaving the carpark ,will certainly use Shuttle Economy 2 again .

should have been in no. 2 carpark but it was closed so was redirected to no.1. this caused a delay when trying to leave no.1 carpark overall happy.

From booking on line to leaving the car park everything went according to expectations and plan. The automatic number plate recognition techy stuff worked well and all in all it was good value for money

we arrived at 4am park was clearly signposted,we drove in parked up mo fiddleing around handing over keys.shuttle driver was friendly and effecient.

The Driver coming home was really helpful when we weren't quite sure where we'd parked, great.

I ended up walking to the airport from the car park (only just beaten by the bus!) because they had closed one of the other car parks BUT not put on extra buses and hence big queues. Also entry into the car park was delayed because the single entry barrier was not automatically opening meaning that all car needed to press the button. This meant that on arrival there was around 20 cars waiting to get in (blocked the roundabout) and a good number of agitated drivers.

The whole experience was exactly what they promised. The number plate recognition worked well and we didn't ned to talk to any staff. The park was busy so we had to drive around a little to find a space but the transfer bus came quickly and dropped us at the terminal. On the return journey, we arrived late evening but still only had to wait 10mins for a bus. The car was all OK. Would use the service again.

It's the first time that we have used this offsite facility, the online booking was really quick to organise and the parking area was clearly signposted when we arrived. The shuttle bus was very efficient on both journeys. I would definitely recommend for any long term parking arrangements.

Straight in, bus turned up with a few mins at a nearby bus stop. On the way back our plane was delayed by 5 hours but not charged - service back was just as good. Will use again.

The Parking complex was on airport site, well lit buses were on time and where they said on arrival back to airport. brilliant service would definatly use them again

Parking was well signposted in a safe enclosed environment . The bus service was excellent and the drivers were helpful and very cheerful.it was our first experience of East mids airport and it was certainly a stress free way of beginning our holiday. We look forward to using the services again , no complaints at all.

everything was ok until we came to drive out the barrier it would not accept our card - we had to ring for help twice until the barrier was raised - this has happened the last two times we have been here - book early for best prices - we booked the week before we traveled -but the price we paid,we could have paid on the gate when we got there
