Took one less worry out of travelling and even though our flight was delayed and we went back home to wait the parking was still easy and didn't cost us a penny more. Thanks for making a hassle less problematic

Easy to find, easy to find a space, efficient bus service, close to airport. Altogether a no fuss method of parking.

Able to find a parking space easily and transfer bus arrived punctually.

It was my first time experience with this service! But I was really happy! I will definitely be using it again. But make sure yu have your booking reference with you as when your about to leave asks for money again then you have to quote booking reference then they let you go. Overall every good.

Easy to use and not too long a wait for a transfer bus to the airport. Only negative was on our return the signage wasn't very clear for the return bus stop to the car park - go through the Spar shop and out the other side.

Nearly missed our flight ,but bus driver came to the rescue by getting there on time

Pre-paid for 5 days worth of parking easily and quickly, had to make an amendement as i'd got the times wrong which their customer service team did quickly. Arrived at the gates, car reg was read and ticket was given straight away. Easy to find a parking space, shuttle bus then arrived within 5 minutes to take me to the airport. On my departure the shuttle bus was parked up and ready to take us back to the car park when we left the airport. When we got to the barrier i simply put in my ticket and the barrier opened, no hassle, very proffessional service!

excellent value for money, why would you use any other form of transport.

I had no problems at all on finding the carpark, it was all sign posted clearly.I passed the barrier with no problems, I parked easily and was straight on the bus and I had no problems with my return. An overall great experience and I would definately use this service again.

On exiting and inserting ticket barrier failed to open. On speaking to attendant they had no record of my booking and this caused delay to myself and other drivers behind me in queue. The attendant was courteous,sent an assistant who retained the documentation and then activated the barrier. So despite the documentation in my possession all being in order the airport authority had not been advised of booking.

If you are wondering whether to use 1,2 or 3 etc - do as we did and book this shuttle economy 2. Same as all the others but a better price and great transfer to the airport with a friendly helpful driver.

didnt have to wait long for bus both ways which is good.parking is secure so no worries.

we found it to be easy to find and well run service for the money . we have no problem using them again .

drove all around the car park could not find a parking space luckily on the third lap i found a parking attendant who told me to park in the middle of the lane which i did reluctantly & very worrying when your leaving your car in a non designated area .on my return i was relived to find my car was ok. just file this as another moaner thanks

Every worked exactly fine, from entering the car park - no problems with the plate number recognition system, pickup bus was on time, drivers were friendly, so a good experience overall.

Very easy to find and very close to airport. Slightly concerned on arriving back that when we attempted to exit the car park the machine said we owed £197, despite having pre-paid. It was resolved quickly but shouldn't happen

Very good service. No waiting. Minor gripe is that signage as you come into Arrivals to bus back to Car Park isn't obvious. We ended up walking to Departures, following the sign for Express car park, where we got off the bus and then had to walk all the way back again to Arrivals to catch the bus.

Very easy to find and buses were very efficient but parking surface was very rough, we got a flat tyre, and thought it was very expensive compared with Manchester airport.

The barrier did nto recognise my number plate and I had to ring through to get in - not ideal. Then, to leave the car park, the barrier did not raise again so I called the attendant and he did not have my booking so had to come out and take my paperwork before I could leave. An inconvenience I could have done without.
