only problem was, my wife is disabled and vcannot walk far. after we had parked, I asked for help and was told to move to the short stay park. pity we didn't know that before. when we returned we coulcn't immediately find the car, and a member of staff was VERY helpful in finding it for us. thanks!

On arrival at carpark 2, there was a 'full' sign up and instructions to follow alternate carpark. Unfortunately there was no instructions so 2 full carparks later we phoned and was directed to carpark 3 medium stay. This has not put me off as have booked to use carparking again.

Airport car parking is great but, the problem we find travelling as a family is getting luggage and chidren onto the bus, usually while the driver, and others watch. On this occassion there was no bus and so we had to walk (on the road mainly)to and from the car park.

This is the second time i have used this car park and it was just as easy!! Book early and you get to park even nearer to the airport!! Much easier when arriving back as you can just walk back to your car and be away quicker than the shuttle bus. Everything about East Midlands airport is easy and I would highly recomend using both these carparks and this airport!

There was no transfer coach servicing this car park and no prior mention just a small notice inside one of the coach shelters. (Not the one we had parked near but one we walked past. There were no signs directing us to the Departures we had to keep asking people. Also it was a fairly long way to drag cases especially as my mother is 76 years old. We would prefer not to park in this car park again until the coach service has been resumed as going out and coming back it was difficult transporting the cases.

The directions given to the car park were good and direct, it was near enough to the terminal for us to walk but had we have been elderly, infirmed or had more luggage we would have been stuck because there was a sign to say the transfere bus wasn't running. I think it was very expensive for what it was. It only cost me half as much again to hire a car for a week at my destination.

easily found on arrival, very quick going in (we should have took more notice) could not find car afterwards at 5.30am took 40 minutes, VERY confusing with different car parks A,B,C & s,t,u sub-sections, should have bigger and more signs, maybe colour coded as easier to remember i.e. RED 6 make sure you have your ref number to get out!!!!!!!

it wa straight forward i pulled up at bollard were i got my ticket then got shown were to park then i went into reception were i droped my keys off an the i had to wait at most 15mins for the transfer bus to come round but it was red hot in reception an it had seats and a paper so i was well comfy while waiting, then bus came an taken me to the airport enterance. all in all i think it was lots better than a messing with a taxi an lots cheaper

We chose medium stay as it was nearer to terminal buildings and we could walk. There were no signs to show where there were spaces. We drove up to two barriers only to find car park full. We had to reverse out and there were cars behind us by then. We dove round for ages looking for space. We wont be using this non service again!!!!

I arrived at the correct Car Park at EMA to find that both were full - I contacted Customer Services by phone and was initially told to go to the long stay car park instead. I had paid for the closer car park so quite rightly objected with time running out for my flight a more senior rep then contacted the on site team and I was allowed to park my car in the short term car park, which resolved the situation. I was told locally that the medium term car parks often fill up and this was not an isolated incident.

I was in Mid stay and waited quite a long while for the transfer bus so walked to the terminal in the end. Didn't think the directions to the terminal from the car park were as good as they could be for a first timer to the car park. However the terminal was very close. Other than that everything was good.

The directions given to the car park were satisfactory, although is was not made clear exactly which medium stay to use (1-4). We went straight into CP2 and found a space near the exit. On return it was very easy to call the office from the exit barrier and give my reference number to leave.

Instructions to site were poor. I got there by following them exactly. No waymarks (road names, map, landmarks) were provided, and the car park was not identified by name (was it Medium stay car park B,I think?) This should have been made more clear. The site was unstaffed, so a mistake in reading the guidance could have led to embarrasing and expensive arguements later. Glad I only was staying two days!It was only when I gave my code into the speaker that I was happy I was in the right car park. John Laing

Finding the car park with you directions was easy thank you, getting in was easy thank you. Parking was difficult as spaces were tight, nobody seems to check how other vehicles park. On our return the car next to us had parked very tightly making leaving quite difficult and getting an answer from the intercom at exit took an age, (once he did answer though he was polite and the barrier went up quickly). With only one exit open we were very lucky no one was trying to exit at the same time. If there is another exit it is not clearly signed. Luckily there was no damage to the car.

This is literally 5 minutes walk from the departure lounge and even at 5am we were able to park near the exit. prepaying helped enormously as all we had to do was quote our reference number at the exit gate and away we went...no faffing about for cards or notes. Would do it again for short trips otherwise I would take a taxi (Derby resident)

Very impressed directions spot on. Walked out of the car park to find a transfer bus right outside but the driver pointed out that the terminal was directly opposite. Very close and easily walkable with trolley suitcases.Easy exit procedure quoting the reference at the barrier. Would definitely use next time.

I am disabled and blue card holder. Allocated car park was full. Dealt with quickly and efficiently by car park staff and placed in short stay car park close to disabled bays. On return had a long way to walk on crutches back to vehicle. Had expected transfer bus !!

Parking made for perhaps peak holiday time in August but it was very difficult to find a space in the car park. If advance bookings are made I want to be confident that I can actually park my vehicle, we only found 1 space having gone round the car park a number of times

Will definetly use again - Medium car parks are no more than 5 minute walk to the departure building , and once out of the car park it is 2 minutes to get back on the main approach roads. One point, when you come out of the arrivals building , cross the road and get your car park ticket stamped in the hut rather than pressing the intercom button at the barrier - it's so much less hassle.

on arrival we were redirected from medium stay to long stay - even though we specified that we had booked a place. Long stay was a fair distance from the terminal and required coach transfer which we had not figured on in our time scales. On return transfer was slow - we could have walked to the medium stay!
