Mainly good but the bus service wasn't running when we used the car park and although the car park isn't far from the terminal we had 2 small children, a buggy and 3 suitcases to transport. Also the bus stop was quite a way from where we parked so if we'd known the buses weren't operating we could've walked a shorter distance to the terminal

Easy to find a space, easy to walk to the terminal.When we put the the ticket to exit it asked us for money, as we had paid by credit card we asked for assistance, and it was no problem to them and we exited straight away. Great service - we would use it again

I have used these guys twice now. Each time drop off and pick up has been extremely swift - my car has actually, both times, been waiting for me right next to the office ! The transfers have (for us) involved little or no wait. Would definitely use again

The booking process was fast, simple and efficient. Parking on the day was also simple and efficient with no delay. On my return, a simple call at the barriers was all that was needed to exit. The whole experience was as your name suggests 'simplyparking' I will definitely use simplyparking again in the future.

When booked said transfers by bus if needed when we got there notice said no buses which was difficult as had elderly parents and also no trolleys around had to walk to main terminal and return with trolleys. Not convenient in any way only that it was near terminal if facilities had been available or at least alternative been thought about eg abundance of trolleys.

arrived at the airport following the simple instructions, parked the car with no problems,there was no need to wait for a transfer bus as the departure lounge was a simple two minuite walk. On arrival back at the airport we collected our luggage, a two minuite walk back to the car park, loaded up, gave my booking reference number at the barrier intercom, the barrier was raised and we were oin our way home, simple.

There were no staff. Parking within 3 minute walking distance to terminal so no transfers were necessary. Decent car parking surface - not all rutted or waste ground (as some are). I think all airport parking is expensive - indeed, I think airport parking should be free as it is always on ground well away from any town or facilities (other than the airport) and is nothing more than a licence to print money. That said, as the medium stay car park (walking distance) is only marginally more expensive than the long-stay parking (time delays and inconvenience of waiting for transfers) then it represents comparatively good value for money. I hope this comment won't be seen as permission to increase the charges.

Easy to book online and directions to car park easy to follow. Once parked it was nice that we could contact attendant byway of intercom to ask a query. Close enough to walk to terminal building. All in all good experience and will certainly use this service again.

You couldn't get much nearer the departures terminal than this. The service was straightforward - we just collected our parking ticket on the way in and pressed a button to get out. Would definitely use again if flying from East Midlands and would recommend to family and friends using East Midlands Airport as there is no need to use a coach to transfer to or from the departure or arrival terminals - because it is easier (and far quicker) to walk

Glad we booked with SimplyParking - we'll use again. No hassle on arrival and we were inside terminal checking-in about ten minutes after parking. The car park is close to the terminal, and spaces were adequate - we parked within a minute of entering.

No3 car park,a short distance from terminal,no buses arrived to take us there had to walk short distance.On our return there was torrential rain, waited a while for a bus to be told that it does not go to car park 3 and would drop us off at car park 1.Had to walk back to car park 3 from 1 in a thunder storm everybody got wet through not impressed with the sevice i.e.no service.

We found that this car park operated with ease and was very stress free - great when you have an 11 year old and a 3 year old. the only trouble we had was that our car wouldn't start when we got back and we couldn't find anyone to help - but it started eventually after my husband having to push a zafira alone. overall good and would use again.

As usual, the experience was very good. There were spaces available at both No: 2 and 3 car park. I did not require the transfers as the terminal is just a short walk. On return the procedure was quick, easy and the talkback system friendly and hospitable. I use this facility regularly as it's good value for money.

Getting out of the car park was excellent, I am not sure of security as it was noe evident, my car upon return was as I left it. The sign in tha car park was a little confusing as we stayed for a week yet the signs around the car park were saying a maximum stay of 4 days

After choosing this car park specifically because it had a shuttle bus service, was close to the airport and I was arriving back late at night (as a lone woman) I was very annoyed to find out this service did not exist. The shuttle bus had been cancelled, there was no information made available to say so at the time of booking or advertised at the airport and I only found out by asking a driver who said I would have to walk! I did not appreciate the lack of customer care or the fact I had to walk to the carpark late at night. So the question is, what does simplycarpark have to say about this? or will they now do something to inform future travellers at the time of booking?

Having parked the car we went to the bus stop where a sign said that "Due to unforeseen circumstances buses no longer pick up from this car park". Therefore we had to walk to the terminal with our heavy luggage. My wife is disabled and this was very difficult for her and a really bad start to our holiday. When we returned at 1.00 am, we also had to walk back to our car, this time in pouring rain. We booked this particular car park because the website said that there were shuttle buses every 10 minutes and it was also only a few minutes from the airport terminal.

On arrival at EMA, it wasn't apparent which car park I should use. It was a daunting prospect driving through the barrier and taking a ticket, not knowing how my pre-payment voucher would work. There were virtually no signs at the car park directing to the transfer coach or to terminal: in the dark, this would have been horrendous. Having said all that, I'd use the system again now I know the ropes - and the prices were cheaper than paying 'over the counter'.

When we arrived at the airport we took the wrong turning into the short stay and there were no signs at all to then guide us to the medium stay. There was no-where to go but through the ticket barrier which made us think we may have to pay for short stay parking as well as the mid term we'd already paid for. Signs at the entrance would be useful here to prevent people trying to reverse back out of the one way entrance to the short stay car park. There was a man at the gate who shouted 'just go through' when we asked where the mid term parking was - not very helpful at all, then there were no signs in the short stay for the mid term and we had to stop and ask someone. We got there eventually, parked and then went to the nearest bus stop to wait for the transfer bus that never arrived. As more people arrived and waited over 15 minutes for a bus eventually we all (about 15 of us) gave up and started walking to the terminal, not knowing how far it was, which ended up being just a few minutes walk away. Had there been some info in the car park or at the bus stop we wouldn't have wasted our time waiting for a bus. There clearly weren't any obvious signs or there wouldn't have been so many people at the bus stop. On our return to the uk, we went to the pay station and there was no indication anywhere on how to confirm our online booking. The instructions on the print of the booking were misleading and from my recollection advised us to have the print ready on arrival. This should say 'on return' to the UK and should advise you to go directly to the Customer Service kiosk at the Paypoint, which was itself not signed clearly at all. There should also be a sign on the payment machines advising pre-paid customers to go to the kiosk.

Only confusion - wasn't sure whether we needed to park in a particular 'medium stay' car park when we arrived at the airport - it was not clear from the email confirmation booking. Otherwise no issue with service and exiting the carpark was simple and speedy.

The directions included on my booking were excellent but would have benefited from quoting the car park number. I was confused at the car park I ended up in as it wasn't the one I expected. The car park was within walking distance of the departures and arrivals terminals so no transfer was necessary. Neutral response to the customer service as I had no contact with car park staff other than on exiting the car park.
