Will definitely use the Medium (or Long) Stay parking again - it saved a lot of time, and is so close that we did not even use the transfer shuttle, but simply walked (it was dry). We used this parking on the reviews of others, and they were spot-on.

As I have a Jaguar I found that the spaces were a little tight risking scratching not only to my car but to the cars next to it, maybe large car parking spaces even if they were a couple of pounds more. Overall very good thank you I will use the system again

The signage at the airport is confusing. There are three meium stay carparks 1 2 and 3. If one follows the directions on your email (which are good) one arrives in medium stay car park 1. The siganage at the airport says this is for up to 4 days - if you notice it!. I parked here and had to ring you to confirm it was OK. The bus transfer on the outward journey was fine. The bus transfer on the return was awful. Buses for the off airport parking were more frequent. Although the car park is a short walk it is not so easy with suitcases and in the rain. On leaving the carpark no one answered the call attendant button but eventually the barrier was lifted. I paid extra for a better service. It was not worth it and I sahll use the off airport this week when I leave from East Midlands again. Many thanks for the opportunity to write.

Got there easy to find, walked to the terminal, went away few days later came back car still there so happy just what a car park is there for!!!!!!! proce good when bookin online, i felt better knowing i had left my car there and nobody had acces to it, not like the place you have to leave you keys with them and you dont know what they up to! happy customer, would park there again!

Luckily being a fairly small airport there it was not too busy going into the car park, however the car park we were directed to was full and the signs to other medium stay car parks was not good and there were no staff around to assist so had to find another car park outselves, luckily we were not short of time.

Given directions to Medium Car Park 1. This was full and directed us towards Long Term Parking. Had to find alternative Medium parking. Although instructions for leaving were given in the online confirmation page there was no mention of this at the car park

I was a very disappointed that the car park I had paid for was full as were the next two medium term car parks I arrived at(all were unmanned). I subsequently found out that others who had paid less than me for long stay car parking were upgraded to medium.

Car park was easy to find & near to the terminals i.e. In walking distance.It is better then handover key to someone, like other carpark. Coment: When I approch to the car park entrence I could see the charges on the board & I was scared to get in because there was no such instruction that: what to do if booked on line. If you can put small instruction at the entrence for online booking customer that will help & easier the job. Thanks Bhanu Patel

I arrived at the airport at 6am for my flight, in my rush I left my interior light on and on my return 10 days later my battery was completely dead. The staff at the car park exit were fantastic. They were curtious, prompt and knowledgable in assisting with restarting my vehicle. Great to know that there are people that care. Many thanks Ed

Very pleased with the service. Having never used an airport car park before I was a little nervous about the prospect, but their really was nothing to worry about. Even though we were only a couple of minutes walk away from the terminal, the bus pulled up right along side us to take us there. With two small children, torrential rain and the fact that it was 3:30am, this was very much appreciated. On departure following our holiday, exiting the car park could'nt have been simpler. We were only asked for my name, the car's make and reg no. at the barrier, so even if we'd lost the ticket and the reference number we'd have been able to proceed.

Did not see any sign of any one patrolling car park. People parked well in car park although some had parked on restricted areas. On leaving the car park, pressing the buzzer at the barrier, response from operator was slow. Did not see any transfer buses on either trip from car park to terminal or visa versa. But not needed as five minute walk maximum.

Was redirected from allocated park - no problem & perhaps flexibility between all the medium stay areas exists which could be stated. Didn't use the bus transfer & don't recall seeing any weatherproof bus shelters.Didn't see any car park staff but the guy at the other end of the intercom was very friendly.Parts of the walk to the terminal were less than 'user friendly'!

The carpark was ideal it was a very short walk straight to the departures i know you can catch a coach which is an added bonus. However, we did not need this service. The man on the intercom was very polite on leaving an excellent service would highly reccommend.

Park 3 has areas closed off- so that on return one has to back out of a lane parked in all the way up to the exit gate. Not very convenient to find this after a flight. It is not clear when going from the park after parking where the terminal transfer bus stops. There is a marked County bus service shelter. I hitched a ride in a van cos it was raining.

The car park is easy walking distance to the terminal but the car park set up is very poor,There were limited spaces on my departure date which was during august and you could find yourself driving down columns of parked cars looking for a space only to find dead ends, As there is not enough room to turn round you find yourself having to reverse back down these lines. The car park needs to have some sensible route round while you look for spaces, I eventually gave up and tried to exit but the staff were very helpfull in finding me a space using the cctv. Also for very short stays there is very little saving to be made by booking on line.

All instructions on confirmation were precise i.e. map and return details. The gentleman who received my reference number on departure was extremely friendly and put a smile on my face! I've used this service twice now and will do again in the future. It is a little more expensive than other car parking on offer but these are off-site and I didn't have to wait for transportation to the terminal as it's just across the road. I will remember to put some sort of 'marker' on my vehicle as I couldn't remember where I'd parked it exactly and there were a lot of silver Peugot 206's that looked exactly like mine!

Booking online was easy. Instructions meant parking was easy to find. Close enough to terminal to walk with 2 under 5's and lots of luggage. On return, person answered intercom immediately and after confirming details released me. Will use this parking again.

This may sound silly but your instructions say on leaving the car park you need to quote the reference number which I had but the attendant wasn't interested in that and wanted the Car Reg Number, which I can never remember. I had to get out of the car to check.

Parking pre-booked and pre-paid saves time on both arrival and departure. Second time I've used it this year and find it more flexible and cheaper to park my own car rather than use alternative forms of transportto the airport. Cost per head reduces dramatically the more passengers share the vehicle.Cannot comment on transfers as always walk to and from the terminal.

Review asked what customer service was like but there was none to review except when you leave car park and give ref no to speaker at the exit gate. Very short walk from terminal which was good. Booking on line gives a saving of £2 for a week of parking, thought it may have been more. Good secure parking with plenty of lighting at night.Had no problems at all after returning from holiday.
