Booking online was simple and straight forward. directions were accurate and the car park we chose was literally over the road from the terminal - Great. Would use more regularly if price was a little cheaper though - It's the same nationally. Until then I'll probably still get lifts from friends most of the time & use this service for dates I'm stuck on.

No buses although they were advertised as running, we had to walk to terminal to find there are none! A driver said they had no staff for the middle car park bus and pointed out it was 'just over there'. Not the point really in the rain, with cases and a bad leg. Same on way back but the LONG stay bus driver took us althogh made it clear it was out of his way.

We were booked into car park 1 (nearer the terminal building) but redirected to car park 2. No one told us to exit the car park and stand at a bus stop on the other side of the road. We spent 15 minutes watchin buses come and go but never enter car park 2.

Not brilliant, but okay. No help on site and the car park attendent who spoke to me at the barrier when leaving was bodering on rude... definitely off hand! The instructions I received were to put the ticket in the barrier and press the call button. He didn't ask for the code number I was given and didn't come back to me to say, yes everything was okay, instead he asked, "Yes mate, what's the problem?" When I told him that the barrier was still down, he said "Oh you've jammed the system by putting your ticket in." Not the kind of service I was hoping for.

I would not use this service again, i paid £40 for pre booked parking but i did not not get a guaranteed parking space, i found myself driving round the car park looking for spaces before i finally went onto the overflow car park. To top it off i parked from thursday to early hours of the following monday morning for £40, my friend who did not pre pay arrived 2 hours before me left at the same time and parked on the proper car park and paid only £30.This is disgraceful, if you want to park in this car park take your chances and just turn up you will probably get a good parking space and it WILL be cheaper, i feel ROBBBED!

It was very hard to find space and we had to park at the farthest bay. The walk was not 2-3 minutes as suggested, it was a minimum of 5 minutes. It took at least 3 minutes for the staff to let us out because first they didn't answer the call and then they were busy talking to the other customer. Overall, not too bad but can be improved

I expected this to be 'across the road' fromt he terminal entrance. At a push I guess this description could be considered accurate, but it is a good walk away from the terminal so don't bother with this is you are laden down with baggage as you'll have to get on the bus anyway and so may as well park a little further away for less money. All parking was outside and I never saw a single security guard. In comarison the Birmingham International, Birnimghams indoor multistorey is right next to the terminal and cheaper.

Great Parking really close to airport building - transfer bus not required as quicker to walk. Only complaint is that the 1st row is a dead end - if all spaces are full you need to do a 3 point turn in a confined space to leave to enter another row. Besides that great!

Medium stay car park 2 is walking distance from the terminal at E Midlands. This is a great bonus for people travelling with hand luggage only.Allows rapid get-away following the return flight. Pre booking/paying allowed rapid exit without having to worry about cash or using credit cards. Had to search for a vacant space to park in when I arrived. What would have happened had the car park been full? As far as I could tell there was nothing to prevent people who had not pre booked/paid going into the car park and parking. I would not have been pleased had I arrived to find the car park full. But I may be wrong. Perhaps the computer system guarantees people who have pre booked a parking space in which case perhaps this needs to be made clearer on the website. If spaces are guaranteed for those who pre book at medium Stay 2 at E Midlands then it is the best and most convenient airport car park I have ever encountered and the price is not bad either.

No problems in parking - even though it was very busy I managed to find a good parking space. Excellent system and easy to follow.

We parked easily, following the signs, the bus picked us up within two minutes, and on our return the bus driver took us straight to our car, even though we were the only two passengers on the bus.

I have always booked BCP offsite at EMI before. This is a lot better in that I can park the car and walk the couple of minutes to the check in. Alot better for a short to medium stay. Will do this again.

Although I have rated the transfer above it wasn't really relevant because it was such a short walk to the terminal we didn't bother. I didn't see any buses. We had no dealings with staff except to tell them our number to get out of the car park. No problems with this.

On the day we parked it was raining extremely heavy. So instead of walking to the terminal we waited for a bus. When one arrived he said he was not the bus for this route but saw us waiting for the bus so picked us up. Having driven us out of the car park he then stopped the bus on the main road and said he would not go to the terminal entrance we could walk the rest of the way in the rain. If i use the airport again I will only do so on a dry day !

Directions were very clear and the car park was well signposted, so easy to find. Our flight was late at night, but the car park was well lit and within easy walking distance of the terminal building (a few minutes) so there was no need for a transfer bus. Booking online was easy to do. Car park was secure. Parking spaces were a little tight, but as long as passengers got out before I parked the car, it was fine. Good value for money. Will definitely use again.

Quick pre booking and easy to find, didn't bother with the transfer bus, walk takes 5 mins max. Didn't see any security staff though. Leaving car park was quick and easy, staff answered intercom within a minute and lifted barrier and thanked me for using them.

As a woman travelling back in the dark I particularly valued the good lighting. The car park itself was easy walking distance from the actual airport- this is not always so for medium-stay car parks! So my overall experience was good.

It was easy to do - get in the car, speak to the intercom and leave. Simple.

I found the service quick and efficient - no bad feedback or improvements that I can think of.

Done all my shopping for the best cost carpark and ease of transfer and this proved to be the best by far, would recommend it no problem.
