The exiting instructions inform you to return to your car and then quote the booking reference via the exit tannoy. However, what you actually need to do is find the kiosk BEFORE returning to your car and validate your ticket there. - Please sort-out your instructions. The coaches were only marked as 'long stay', for ease of identification, they should be marked 'Long and Medium stay' to avoid confusion.

The whole experience was stress free; booking on line - easy, finding car park following your instructions - easy, parking - easy. We were both very tired and I wasn't well when we travelled so this was much appreciated. Thank you. We'll definitely use your organisation again in the future. Kind regards. Felicity Margolis

quick booking on internet. straight off late arrival flight into walking distance car park. immediate response from loudspeaker staff, really polite & efficient. on my own so reassuring in the dark at 11.30pm not to have to go to a remote pay machine feeling vulnerable. great. thank you.

overall good value for money and without the need for a courtesy bus service(albeit one provided)to and from the terminal building,also by booking on line and pre-paying avoids the need to validate ticket and potential queuing at a reception desk/payment point on return.Will certainly use service again.

Directions were very good from the motorway and it was very straightfoward to the terminal. The only slight difficulty was that my email directed me towards carpark 1, which was full. It wasn't made clear that I could use any of the medium-stay carparks, and that required a little driving round to sort out.

Staff not seen, only Operator contact to confirm Booking Reference on exiting Car Park. Transfer not required although has been used on many previous stays/flights to very good effect. On this ocassion booked into No 1 (One) but redirected by a board to No 3. I would suggest some means of earlier re-routing be signed as I, and others in my 'queue', had to reverse back into traffic flow from the closed barrier at No 1.

Little bit mad as i paid to stay in medium car park 1 as it was close to the terminal so i could walk and was diverted to long stay car park 7 which was quite a while from the terminal. I feel the booking shouldn't have been accepted if the car park was full. Wasn't the car park i paid for!!

Easy to find parking area, clear directions with the booking confirmation. Great location for the airport, we were able to walk to departures. Found parking spaces easily even though it was very busy. On our return following a 23 hour delay, no issue at all with the car park, able to get out quickly and smoothly. Would definitely use the car park again if flying from East Midlands Airport.

Bit of a nuisance being detoured on arrival but overflow parking close by. Service excellent WILL use again.

The car park was easy to find and near enough to walk to airport. No queing to pay on exit just call in with code.

As above, more information was needed in advance. Where to park, where to obtain a ticket. How to redeem the ticket after the holiday. Fortunately we could walk from where we parked but if it was raining this would have been different. There was little evidence of bus's.

I did not see any staff when we arrived at the car park so i cannot really comment. The facilities were good especially the place where i parked which was only around the corner from the terminal but this was probably luck if i had been further away i may have had a different opinion. The amount it cost was reasonable considering i have also just spent 2 weeks in florida and paid 100 pounds for my car and a night in a hotel for 4 people at Gatwick.

The car park was exceptionally easy to find and instruction were clear and managed to find car park easilly. I have found similar car parks elsewhere at Birmingham very difficlult to find but fould simply parking to be the best i have used and cheapest i could find. definately recommend

Parking is within easy walking distance, thus avoiding uncertainty of shuttle bus timetable. Very easy to check out. Will use again.

Parking was close to the airport and walkable in five minutes. Didn't have to mess about paying for the ticket before leaving the airport, just spoke to security from the car park barrier on exit and got straight out.

Fast effecient service, no issues, followed the simple instuctions and everything went well.

Ideally situated within walking distance to airport, and easy to get to, well sign posted. No worries about having to find the right money, in case you have spent it all on holiday.

Same price as a taxi - so well worth it for us. Easy walking distance of both departures and arrivals, which is what we did, great way to take in some fresh British air! But bus stops and buses were in plentiful supply so that would also have been an easy option.
