Position of carpark was excellent I walked to the departures and even back again once checking in as I couldn't take some of my stuff as hand luggage. However I was concerned that carpark ! was full and I had to park in another carpark so that I wasn't sure untill I got back that my prepaid ticket was going to be alright. But obviously I'll know for next time and I will park in carpark one like everyone else did to be even nearer to the terminal.

We paid extra for a car park close to the terminal... Our instructions told us to go to "medium stay car park 1", which was very close. We had prebooked the car park 5 months in advance.... When we arrived the car park was full with a sign saying use another car park... meaning we had paid for a space that wasnt even guaranteed and we didnt get the car park we had paid for.. wont be using again

Whilst I booked for Medium stay 2, both car park 2 and 3 were full. There were spaces in Car Park 4, but I am unsure whether this was me just being lucky. I do not have confidence that even if I have a pre-booked space that there is any mechanism to ensure that a space will be available.

I was not familiar with the airport and the car park I had booked was full - I was unsure how to find the other medium stay parks and ended up in long stay No 7 - very disappointed also had difficulty in finding bus stops to return to my car - when I did it was quick

I prefer to book in advance so I don't need to worry about where to park, airports can be confusing enough on arrival, the instructions on where to park and what to do on entry and exit were very clear and worked exactly as stated. I realised I had made an error on my booking, this was quickly remedied with a phone call to your staff. Your service worked well for us and I would use again.

The booking process was quick and easy. The directions were excellent. The distance to the terminal was very good. Have rated Transfers as average as we did not use it. The car park was so close we walked. Have used you before and will definitely use the service again in the future. Thank you.

My return flight was three hours late - I thought I would have to pay extra, but the car park chap was absolutely fine about it, it wasn't a problem at all. When I returned to my car the battery was flat. I phoned the car park attendant to explain that I would be there for even longer as I would have to call the AA - he said not to bother, and arrived at the car park within five minutes to give my car a jump start! Excellent service, could not fault it. I have put "great" for the transfer service because the website would not let me submit a review unless I gave marks for that category - but as I walked the short distance from the car to the terminal, I cannot actually review that at all - a note for the website designer would be to add a "not apply to me" box to that question.

WHen I arrived the car park was very nearly full. There were no 'reception' arrangements. I had one of the last spaces and I was very early for my flight. People were arriving after me with booked spaces but the park was full and the barriers stayed shut. I do not know how this was resolved. There was nothing on the instructions about validating the ticket (on return) at the kiosk outside the terminal before going on to the car park.

At East Midlands Airport the medium stay car park is within easy walking distance from the terminal entrance and the coach service is not really required. No problems, just follow the instructions provided and quote the booking reference at the barrier on departure,

Entered the car park and parked, bus or walk (short distance) to departures. On leaving everything was uncomplicated and very easy, no messing with tickets. press the button quote your number, a simple security question and away. WIll definitely use again.

We are so pleased with the overall service, good value for money and time server really, a very good DIY thing. You just go there find a packing space (hard to find one though) then leave your car and have a nice holiday. I had a little baby with me but we had no problems at all as we just crossed the rod and we found a bus which took us to the terminal. When we come back from our holiday we didn't have our booking reference, and we were worried that it will take us forever to get our car back, but was jus a 2 minutes thing, we just gave our details to the packing officer and he did activate our tickets, we worked to the bus stop and find a bus waiting for us. We were really pleased with the service and definitely we will use it again and again.

The car park had a sign outside which said that this was only for stays (can't remember exactly, but guessing) 10 days or less should go to another car park. As we had booked this car park for 14 nights, we didn't know whether to leave the car there or not.

I was unable to park in the medium stay car park , we were directed to the long stay carpark 7, which was along way away, although transfer was availible. on the return journey i had just missed the transfer coach and had to wait in the cold early hours, for 20mins. if i had been able to park in the medium stay 3 which i had booked i could have walked to the car.

hi, excellent facilities were found on our arrival,because the site was at the airport,i dropped my wife at the check in area and went to park the car.strolled back to the check in desk and checked in, better than off site carparks because car was near and quick to exit the carpark area using the booking code. i could not praise this company and way of parking highly enough. thanks to all the staff at simplyparking.co.uk and thumbs up.

good to book online.but on arrival in early hours of the morning it is difficult to see which is correct parking area.we parked in exec.parking ...but didnt know this until we where walking away from car with our cases.the sign is v. high up.hence a problem to get out!

Having done this once, I'd know what to do next time. However, whilst I understood I needed to quote a reference number to exit the car park, it's wasn't possible to see the very small intercom buzzer at the exit barrier from a distance. Not wanting to hold up other traffic, my partner went to the pay station and buzzed the intercom there, only to be greeted by an attendant with a less than customer-friendly attitude who instructed us to drive up to the barrier and insert our ticket. This was actually wrong, as the machine then indicated that we had to pay. Only then did we see the intercom buzzer and after pressing that we were finally given appropriate instructions on how to exit. What a palaver, when all that's required is better (large and informative) signage for prepaid customers at the exit barriers and pay stations....!!!

Overall, very satisfied. Despite taking some time to find space, not a real problem as I would have spent this time in the check-in queue, the rest of my family did the queueing, I did the parking, just a short walk to the departure terminal - result ! I would use again.

I pre-booked and paid for a space in Medium Stay 1, which is very near the terminal; however when I arrived, Medium Stay 1 was closed off for some reason and a notice redirected everyone to Long Stay which is a mile or more away. There are shuttle buses but if I'd been in a hurry I'd have been really annoyed.Why bother to pre-book if you end up on the same far-away car park as everyone else?

The car park is close enough to the airport to walk or there are buses available. On Leaving you need to press the assistance button on the barrier, this button is not clear on the post although it is in the top left corner. The assistants are good when you have contacted them

All good really. No moans. We did have to use carpark 2 instead of carpark 1 at East Midlands (or was it 2 instead of 3 - I forget) but that meant a walk of an extra 50 yards - oh dear! Very good, will definitely use you again when flying from East Mids
