Have been using the car park for a number of visits. Excellent staff when going on my homeward bound, so straightforward when giving details of car - as I always pre book it. Will always use the car park. Once again, excellent!

Very convenient and reasonable value as parking goes. Definitely recommended and we will certainly use this service again.

On arriving at barrier to leave using my booking number I pressed the intercom button and had to wait a long time for an answer. Other motorists were sounding their horns impatiently and I was just about to use the ticket to pay full price when someone answered. He sounded surprised and was unprepared and took some time to retrieve my details. Buses to terminal, what buses?

The medium-stay parking was well signposted & easy to find. We were close enough to the terminal to walk so did not use the transfer buses. All of this reduced our overall journey & "waiting time" at the airport. There was absolutely no hassle as we had pre-paid for the parking & we would definitely use this service again.

Didn't need a transfer - I walked. took 2 minutes.

Top class, first experience of pre-booked car parking and have already booked again.

Car park was very close to the terminal which was great - it was easy to park. On the return journey it was really easy to walk back to the car park and then easy to leave the car park with the booking reference. Only downside to me would have been the cost if there was only 1 or 2 passenger, but with 4 of us spliting the bill it made it very economical.

Good value for extra convenience.

Only gripe would be we were told by driver, on return, not to bother waiting for medium stay bus as it would take too long. Suggested we walked. This was ok as we were travelling light, however could be a problem for others.

It was good to not have to travel on the little bus and all the hanging about. It felt reassuring to be able to walk to the terminal.
