At Edinburgh arrivals terminal, follow signs for "Buses". Courtesy coaches are located in front of the terminal at the Airport Car Rental and Car Parks stop at Stance 11. Between 10pm and 6am, please use courtesy phone by bus stop. Once at the car park present your entry ticket and booking confirmation at the customer services office located at the exit.

No problems although car park was very busy. Told to dtrive in and just park car. Thought that I would have had to register at customer services. On return from holiday a group of us had to wait approx. 15 mins. for transfer back to car park then go to customer services before leaving. on the whole a good experience would certainly use again.

Difficult to find a parking space. Bus unable to reach required bus stop without any warning so left to walk with luggage in the pouring rain to find car.

That was the second time I have left my car with you,the first time was for a month,last week only a few days. I must say I was very well looked after,from the minute I arrived and the young guy said Mrs Murray,which made me feel I was the only one flying. Thank You Again Jean Murray

Although I had booked, we had great difficulty finding a space. Quite a few cars had parked on roadways suggesting that more cars had been admitted than there are spaces.

I was welcomed by friendly staff on arrival who directed me to a free space (the car park was extremely busy) I did not have to wait long for the bus to transfer me to the terminal building. The office staff were also very friendly.

When we arrived at 6am it wsa obvious the car parking attendant was quite worried about the number of spaces available. It took us some time to find a space which was really too small for the size of my car - renault espace. Virtually impossible to open car doors when parked.

Everything was great apart from the end of the trip where you have to go queue in a portacabin and wait for an employee to validate your parking ticket before you can get out of the car-park. This process tool about 20 mins and is the last thing you need after a long flight when you just want to get in your car and get home. I thought that by booking and paying my car parking in advance I would not need to go through this laborious process!
