Leaving cars at carpark. Easy ...no silly paperwork. The guys knew who we were and expected us. Shuttle came in minutes and an easy transfer. On return ,a quick call from courtesy phone at airport had the shuttle bus collecting us by the time we walked to pickup point. Cars waiting at reception for us when we reached the carpark. Easy and efficient. ..... Make sure you KNOW where the carpark is ,or you may take a couple of wrong turns before getting there.

The directions for reaching the facility were wrong with one left turn missing. On arrival I was shouted at by a member of staff for some time. This was totally unacceptable customer service. The transfer driver was most polite and helpful.

Easy to book, easy to drive to airport parking. Staff were extremely professional and helpful explained fully the drive to the airport and the return process. We left very early morning....that did not deter the enthusiasm of the staff. Even the music on the bus to and from the airport was appropriate and soothing. Would definitely book with this company again October 3rd 2015

Found site okay friendly at the desk same on our return traffic was a nightmare on the way from the airport but thats Edinburgh for u will be booking again soon

Low Cost Parking is very easy to use and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. I especially like the fact that you don't have to remember where you parked your car. You park at the reception area and your car is waiting there for you when you return. It's also great value for money. I have used Low Cost Car Parking now on several occasions.

The service and value excellent. Car waiting on return by the exit - no delay. Staff very busy at our return time, but that did not affect the good humour and helpfulness of transfer drivers. Location slightly difficult to find, but no real issue using sat-nav
