Experience spoilt by attitude of driver on return when he drove off with almost empty coach when there were at least 6 passengers at stance. Driver said there would be another coach in two minutes, it was 18 minutes before next coach arrived.This was on Thursday 28 September 2006 at 12.32. Next coach arrived at 12.50. I made my displeasure known at the time.

Actual car park was fine as were transfers. Directions and map from the internet were not detailed enough as there were several airport car parks off the A8. It took us 3 attempts to find the correct one as the road was busy so we had to indicate to turn left before the road name was visible

Wasn't the chepaest overall but closest and cheapest nearest the terminal, and it really does only take 2 minutes! I was a little lost as there are two NCP car parks , and one is a pay as you leave or at least you can pay as you leave but also by booking ahead you drop your car off and get on any bus. On our return i wasn't sure what to do as i didnt want to pay twice, but a quick visit to Customer services who were friendly and I was on my way. Very simple and would definately use again. Staff at Simply Parking also very polite if you have to phone them when online booking not working! Highly recommended.

Parking on arrival was ok, but the return was a shambles. On arriving at Stance 11, which is a good 10 min trail from arrivals, we were met by a surly bus driver who didn't speak or help with the luggage and swished the bus round the roundabout so that the luggage fell off the racks. When we arrived at the car parking the bus stopped. We got off only to realise there are two stops; so with the bus gone we had to trail to the next stop, which took a good 15 mins lugging our luggage. On arrival there I said to the girl in charge it would have been nice to be told by the bus driver that there were two stops, but he never said a word and she said sorry but looked as if she couldn't wait to get back to the book she was reading. So all in all we won't be in a hurry to use them again.

Signage is poor - there are NCP signs at at least two roundabout exits. I lost my exit card en route to my car - careless I know, but staff could have made less of a fuss of sorting this out.

Could not find Scotpark carpark from directions given. Eventually phoned and was told that there was no sign at the car park and that the NCP carpark we were beside was the correct one. We only found out when we boarded a coach back that it was not the Scotpark one we were parked in - returned to the terminal to get the coach to the actual carpark we were parked in. Had to explain it all but fortunately they still validated our ticket.

Didn't take long to transfer to airport, clean bus, helpful driver, will use same company in the future.

A good service on the airport doorstep with minimum inconvenience for air passengers.

I am disabled, and the disabled parking was 20 feet from the bus. I will use this service every time I fly from Edinburgh Airport.

Prebooking with Simply Parking means one less headache before your journey. I have used them before and will use them again in the future.

The whole experience of using NCP Scotpark was very good. Ample parking spaces, good service and, most importantly, the coach arrived promptly to collect us for the return to the car park even though it was 11pm.

I travel via the A7 and City By-pass and the accessibility to the Car Park is excellent. Booking via email is easy, and transferring the ticket at Customer Service is hassle free.

Not much to say, everything was great, bus there when needed, exit system was good, no complaints, thanks.

Overall excellent service.

Generally, very easy system to follow, fairly cheap and you don't have to leave your keys. Not sure why they ask you to call for the transfer bus on your return as we were just told that the bus was on its rounds as usual, but other than that, it all went smoothly.

I find the car park in question extremely suitable for my needs. Proximity to airport is a major benefit, bus service is frequent and drivers friendly and courteous. I will be happy to use NCP Scotpark parking again in the future.

Found this car park to be excellent, almost next to the Airport, transfers both ways only took minutes - no waiting about at all.

We found it very satisfactory and will probably use it again.

On the whole NCP scotpark is a good service and easy to use.
