We've used other off airport carparks before. LCP were the only ones who made sure we knew the quickest way out of Edinburgh. This is vital when you have a 4 hour journey home! Will happily use their services again

This was our first time using the Edinburgh parking site and so took a few minutes to find the entrance. Staff were very helpful and we were at the airport in 15 minutes, even with busy traffic. On our return at 11pm, we used the courtesy phone at the terminal and were back at the car in 10 minutes. Our car was sitting waiting to go and we didn't have to negotiate the terminal access roads or find our parking space to start our journey home. We will definitely use low cost parking again when flying from Edinburgh.

Lovely lady greeted us at reception. All very smooth. Would definitely use them again.

One quick call and the transfer was there for us, even after the flight was delayed for two and a half hours. Excellent service.

Bus departed within minutes of arrival both ways. If you can't find the courtesy phone in the very busy airport just use the other number on the ticket from your own phone..saves looking. Fast and friendly service, will use again.

Very reasonably priced, friendly staff, quick transfer (even at rush hour on a Friday evening). Recommend it.

Great service, shuttle driver even gave traffic avoiding advice on our return - fast friendly service, better than most of the expensive car parks !

The staff were very friendly. I felt my car was safe. We were transported to the airport from car park in a comfortable minivan without delay.

This was a very efficient service and connections to the airport were very straightforward. The car was ready for us when we arrived to collect it one week later.. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The only slight downside was that on our return there was a high demand for the shuttle bus and we had to wait til the third trip for our lift. This was largely because we were a group of four and the volume of passengers meant it was not easy to get on together. All in all, still a good service.

How nice to be able to leave your car without having to hunt for a space and being able to load up boot on return straight from coach.

Having now used this service, I will certainly use it again. Staff were freindly and helpful.

Everything went like clockwork. Drove through from Glasgow for 0430 as no public transport available at that time in the morning but in retrospect driving and parking is the easiest and most cost effective option for Glasgow folk flying from Edinburgh.

I'd pay a bit extra and use Flying Scot next time. They share the same bus but Flying Scot is far closer to the airport. Can't fault the staff. There was a fair wait for the bus on the return trip and it couldn't fit everyone on when it did arrive as it's only a minibus and not a coach.

We were late and got lost , couldn't find car park so I phoned the number and the guy told me to take it to another park at no extra cost

Office staff and Drivers were extremely cheerful and helpful. The bus got us to the airport in no time at all and was there very quickly on our return. For the price, thought this was an extremely good service. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
