Nice to have to walk only 300 yards to the terminal. We were not on the system so no number plate recognition, but the staff soon sorted things out. It would be helpful to have a sign pointing out that the parking area overflow is past all the hire car places, as this wasn't obvious (at least not to us).

well impressed hassle free pull up to barrier your car get recognized very quickly and in you go on the return pull up put your ticket in and off you go.

When my car and ticket regeneration were wrong I approached the security barrier and explained this, I was told it would not be a problem,when I went to leave the next day I could not get out of the exit. I approached barrier and after a few attempts was able to exit but this was all done in pouring rain so not a good experience cant say the staff were friendly on both occasions

The parking was as stated just a short walk away. Although I did not meet any staff as it was an automated entrance the signage was easy to follow and there were spaces available and I was not driving around searching for a parking spaces.

Exeter airport feels quite cramped as it is so signage could be improved generally - it took 2 gos to identify the car park but having done so the number recognition worked well (I have an awkward number-plate on one side!) and it was only a short walk to the terminal. The exit was equally smooth.

I paid on line in advance so was expecting there to be a problem with records etc at the park itself (having had similar issues with other parks) - however I was pleasantly surprised to have absolutely no problems at all The office had all my details and I was able to load the car and exit within minutes. Easy walk to and from the terminal which was great in view of the bad weather. Have now used this park several times and always found it fine - sometimes the spaces nearest to the entry are taken up by rental cars which is slightly irritating - but overall, good all round.

I received a ticket when entering the car park but the order code did not appear on the ticket to I had to go to the reception desk and show my online order to get my ticket approved. Perhaps this happened because I ordered the parking the night before?

Such an easy and covenient parking arrangement. Parking operatives were not required and were not used. The rate given in the review therefore is not a genuine assessment A little more expensive than other local options but in my opinion it was well worth extra for such a covenient location and ease of a short transfer on foot to the airport reception area.
