Grange Parking at Exeter Airport

The system works very well and left with the satisfaction that our car was left in a suitable safe place. On our return no problem our car was waiting for us. They even provide a service for those who wish to leave on holiday from the Exeter Motorway services. How good is that!

I paid to park my vehicle at a locked compound and be transfered to/from the airport. The compound was locked and uninhabited on arrival. After calling the number over the building I was directed to drive myself to the airport where my car would be picked up from the short stay car park. Having no other option as my flight was to depart within 1.5 hours I complied. My vehicle was in the same car park on my return where I had to pay the £1 parking fee myself to get out. I don't know where my vehicle was during my absence. I paid for secure parking and don't know if I had it. I paid for running to and from the airport. They did it in MY car. I had to pay to recover my vehicle from the airport car park. This is unacceptable. I paid for secure parking and paid extra in fuel costs for them to shuttle my vehicle and park it. Absolute rubbish. Stear clear of this outfit. Fortunately I photo'd my mileage prior to handing it over to monitor the radius of travel.

Car was waiting for us at the airport, unfortunately due to the delay in picking up our luggage, we had to pay an addition £1 to leave the carpark.

Would recommend, every thing ran very smoothly. Perfect beginning and end to our holiday!!!!

This was not the cheapest parking option but selected because we could keep car keys. When we arrived it was suggested we use meet and greet, ie leave them the car keys. When we said we wanted to keep keys it was agreed they would drive us to the airport. Our Go Simply confirmation said departure procedures would be supplied at the car park. When we asked for their phone details we were asked for detais of our return flight and given a business card with a printed landline and a mobile phone number was hand written onto it. On arrival back at the airport in the evening we phoned both numbers but the landline was going to answerphone and the mobile number was turned off! After phoning several more times we were becoming concerned that we might not be able to recover our car before the morning. We eventually found a member of airport staf who had the correct number and were advised a taxi had been sent for us. The driver had not bothered to come into the arrivals area and make himself know, but was simply sitting in the car park, so we had had no idea he was booked for us. We had to give him directions back to the car park and he asked us on the way if we knew there was a £12 charge for the taxi and we had to explain that the car park should be paying him. When I phoned next morning to complain I found the response of the director I spoke to (who was in fact the same man who gave us the incorrect mobile phone number) both unapologetic and dismissive. When we contacted FHR who were the agency the payment went through and explained they kindly refunded us, but we will certainly NEVER be using the Grange again.

Prompt collection and delivery of vehicle even though our return flight was delayed by two hours.

We will definitely use this firm again, there was no waiting around, excellent value for money and would certainly recommend to friends and family

The parking area looked like a scrap yard and not a well maintained car park like Silver Zone @ Bristol airport. Not a great deal of security deterrents that I could see. Service was prompt and the car was available when we returned. Cheap, but not so cheerful!

The parking facility was close to the airport and easily located. Collection from the airport was prompt and we were soon on our way home with the minimum of delay. I would certainly use the service again and recommend it to other users.

"Grange Parking" was unavailable to be booked for our most recent visit to Exeter Airport due to some problem with their "new" site. We have always been very pleased, in the past, with the service and price we have received by using Grange Parking and hope to continue with them in the future (if they can sort out these problems they have).
