Fantastic! Costs more - but fantastic for early arrivals and late back - no buses, no waiting - walk straight to the terminal and straight back to your car (fantsatic when at that time you just want to be at home - not waiting for buses!). Internet booking great - just quote booking number on the intercom on exiting - no problems!

Suggest the management of the facility carry out a 'service journey' with wheelled suitcases/ trolly and struggle over rough terrain without any form of shelter from rain or storm. Requires some thought and investment. Third World facility.

signs for the car parks could be clearer and more visible. further reminders should be in place when people are arriving back,ie,that they need to validate their tickets before leaving the airport terminal.most people leave their parking ticket and details in their car so this is really inconvenient when you have to go all the way back into the building.

we usually use the mid term car park but on the last trip we got a great deal for short term, the disabled spaces are perfect,found this car park easier than the others,no getting on and off of buses,and so near departures.

I don't know why everyone doesn't pre-book there parking. The short stay at Luton is great 5 min walk from the terminal, especially good for early am flights

Have used this car park twice and each time have parked within 2 minute walk of the terminal building. Very easy to find. You don't need to add any time for transfers excellent car park.

The most convenient place to park, just a minute or two walking distance away from the terminal.! No courtessy busses to wait around for in either direction - we left the queuing masses behind us and were on our way home within minutes of collecting our luggage.

Although it is easy walking to terminal building it is slightly up-hill which is not so easy with a trolley of luggage. Also, it was not clear where the actual walkway is and we ended up going through the pickup/dropoff area which involved up and down kerbs and dodging cars/taxis. It was very convenient not to have to take a shuttle bus to an off-site carpark or one that is over the other side of the airport.

The route from teh car park to teh terminal is terrible if you have a lot of luggage and as in my case two small children and car seats to transport. Although the distance is not far, you have to lift thetrolley onto teh path , the surface is terrible so you end up having stuff falloff and repacking it. The ground near where we parked was covered with broken glass and it was really dark when we returned, teh lighting is very bad.

Not the cheapest, but if you value your time, worth the cost for simplest and quickest of arrival procedures, with the ability to walk from car to terminal. Slight queue in terminal on return to validate exit ticket - surely not necessary if you have booked and pre-paid on line. Overall the most painless by far parking experience at Luton.

simple, good value, safe and importantly, very quick validation of ticket service offered by attendant on return from trip (at 11:45pm so I saved crossing into that extra day at midnight!) which allowed me to get out and into the car and away in record time. Thanks!

There should be more thought for walking from carpark to the terminal.One has to walk on uneven surfaces through moving traffic. If more than one flight arrives at the same time, there is a long queue or ticket validation, not what you want after a long journey.

The traffic and road layout getting to the parking is just plain stupid. It took me longer to get up the hill, under the taxi-way bridge and around the traffic circle that it did to get from the M25 to the Luton turn off. The price is nothing short of extortion at over £1.10 per hour (36 hours parking cost me £42. Not even Westminster town counsel is as greedy.

Car park acceptable surface, lighting, easy to find and very close to terminal. getting ticket verified on departure vety easy and efficient. However the rest of Luton airport service and efficiency is pretty grim with passport checks on return the worst of a bad lot. Carpark 8/10 but sadly I will not use again here as the airport is awful.

Effortless to book and use but a little pricey, but then what is new about, that the more convienient the pricer the experience. But you get what you pay for. I never bother with off sites as they take forever (like getting to an airport 2hrs before departure isnt enough, doing it at 4.30am is just too much to bear!)

Finding, parking nad entering the terminal was very easy and quick. On returning, the desk to validate the ticket was incredibly slow, the staff seemed to view customers as a bit of an imposition on there time. This in many ways ruined what would have been a very satisfactory experience into a painfull 30 minutes

we chose to use this company as it allowed us to park in the carpark that was within walking distance to departures. We have two small children and didn't want to wait around in the eary hours of the morning for a shuttle bus so great value for money and convenience.

Surprising that this was the cheapest option - cheaper than the LongTerm and off-airport carparks. Very short walk to the terminal. However it urgently needs re-surfacing as the potholes and stones made it difficult to push a loaded trolley across the carpark.

This car park was easy to find and had plenty of places to park but it was quite a long walk to the terminal and because it was raining when we arrived we got very wet! Also read the smallprint as if you book online you have to validate your ticket in the airport terminal, otherwise you can't get out! Luckily the man at the barrier was kind and let us out without us having to park up and walk all the way back to the terminal! Thankyou BCP man!
