Experience the convenience of Meet and Greet parking at Luton Airport! A professional driver will meet you at the terminal upon your departure and arrival, eliminating the need for a transfer. Includes car park exit fees.

Call the telephone number in your confirmation email when you are 15 minutes from the terminal to confirm your arrival time. Your driver will meet you in the Short Stay car park, help you unload your luggage, check your car's condition and confirm your return flight details. You will then be asked to sign the paperwork and be given a copy. Please leave only your vehicle keys with the driver.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to strict airport regulations, meet and greet drivers are not able to wait longer than 10 minutes at the drop off area. If you are going to arrive over 20 minutes earlier or later than your pre-booked time, you may be asked to follow signs to the Mid-Term Car Park free drop-off area first. Your driver will then ring you when they are near and ask you to proceed to the meet and greet area.

When you land you will receive a "Welcome Home" text message from us as soon as you turn your phone on. Your driver will track your flight using the return flight details you provided. Once you are ready to go to the Short Stay car park, please call the driver to let them know and they will come meet you. Your driver will check your vehicle with you and ask you to sign that you are happy with its condition. They may ask to see your ID to confirm your car is being returned to the right person.

PLEASE NOTE: Because of the strict 10-minute waiting restriction, it is important that you do not call your driver until you are on your way to the designated Meet and Greet area.

The drop off was ok , but the return was shocking. I called after bags arrived as per their request and I was asked to walk to car park. I had 2 little children and it was raining. The car only arrived 45 minutes later.

Met promptly at airport. Car checked over,mileage checked and off they went even offering us a drop off at our hotel. On return no tx but a quick phone call and they were waiting by the time we got to the short stay car park. They were the cheapest quote but the service was first class.

So much better than waiting for a bus. Just drop your car off and walk the short distance to the terminal. Short wait when picking the car up but far less hassle than waiting for a bus. Good value and a service that I'll definitely be using again.

This was the first time we have used this service and I was very impressed. On arrival the driver was waiting and having checked the car left promptly leaving us the short walk to the terminal. On our return having collected our luggage a quick call and the driver said that he was on his way and would take about 10 minutes. He arrived in 8 and appologised for keeping us waiting! A really great service for little more that a long stay car park without the hastle of catching buses.

On return driver was not prompt. We had to wait 25 mins from the phone call to say we had arrived to the car being delivered. It was cold and if it had been raining there was no shelter. The drop off and pick up point should be marked on a map on your website and perhaps if you could convince the airport authorities to sign the area better that would help. You might also like to think about shelters to keep the weather off people if it was raining.
