I was asked to call when 20 minutes away (as usual)- on calling, I was asked to call again when 5 minutes away, which I think is unnecessary. Even with 2 calls, I was still kept waiting for 5-6 minutes on arrival. Collection was on time.

I will use swift again. My car arrive at the same time as us, no waiting.

I arrived early and called en route. They met me as I arrived with no issues at all. My car was waiting for me when I arrived home. Highly recommended

2 simple phone calls. One on the way to the airport and one in the baggage hall on the return and the car was waiting and ready to go. I would use this service again as it was very efficient

Quick efficient service. Would use again. Had to wait a little longer than normal for drop off but it was raining heavily so there was traffic build up around airport

Perfect solution when travelling with young children to avoid hassle of bus transfers.

Has a first time user of meat& great at London/Luton airport I was not 100% sure of ware to go , and did not fined it well sign posted,but once that was over and and the greater got out of their car to great us;all was well,Also very convenient and nice to have the car their when we arrived home.

Only thing I would say we waited a while when dropping the car off although I had even called on the way when I was 15 minutes away. Its difficult with a 6 month old daughter!! Collecting was fine as I called first and it was early hours in the morning. Lots of different numbers used did get confusing and some given went to voicemail but very good value overall.

My initial impression on phoning the call-centre to say when I would arrive was of slight vagueness and lack of a clear expectation that I had booked! On arrival I think I waited five minutes after the agreed time. On return and delivery of my car the service was very punctual. Overall, despite being slightly anxious that I had made a good choice, Swift Meet and Greet did a good friendly job. Thank you.

Apart from short wait for car to be collected on our departure, simplicity was the key! No laborious paperwork, easy to contact and my car was waiting when I returned. Would use again.

Excellent service only downside car drop off and pick up point is to far from terminal.

we had a very good experience with swift and will be booking them again we had a 1.30am flight on our return and our car was ready waiting and the staff wide awake and chirpy and very helpful thank you

The guys were helpful, car wasn't damaged and they delivered it on time

For the price paid couldn't have asked for more. Car was collected promptly, we had a delay on our return of nearly 3 hours which we thought may have caused problems as we didn't arrive home until 03:20am but car was ready and waiting for us and we were able to finish our journey home with no hassle. Would I use this service again.... YES

Extremely courteous. The instructions were simple and no waiting at either end - ticket paid for on exit which was a bonus!

As a meet greet this is a total waste of time. You drop and collect your car from the short stay car park not outside the terminal as with all other meet and greets previously used. My car also was returned with a big scratch down the side which I unfortunately didn't notice until I had returned home.

Easy drop off with driver arriving soon after us. Incredibly friendly driver who was very helpful. On returning however, we called the office and were told that they would arrive and meet us within ten minutes. Forty minutes later, after we had rung again in frustration, they arrived to find us frustrated and cold. There is in fact nowhere unexposed to wait and we were fortunate it was not winter! We were told to register our complaint to the driver (fobbing off as he was not to blame). We were told that a visitor had arrived at their park and blocked off our car. I did not believe that. We will use another company next time.

We were very happy with this company, the only thing that bothered us was that the directions to the "Meet & Greet Parking" parking area is very poorly signposted. We went into the incorrect parking area to start with & had to pay £2 to get out! After several calls to your swift advisor (who tried his best to assist) we managed to find where we had to be. This could have been avoided if clear directions/signposted had been clearly visable. Return/pickup was very efficient & trouble free. Would recommend & would definately use again.
