Would definitely use this service aagain and recommend it to my family and friends. Our card did not work when we returned, and apparently we should have had "an orange token" but the staff were most helpful, retrieved the booking and opened the barrier for us. First class service.

Easy to find on airport, you take a token and your car reg is taken. There were plenty of buses and a few mins from airport. On our return the bus was waiting and dropped us off we put the token in the barrier and we drove straight out. Simple and hassel free.

When we arrived back to pick up the car our battery was flat due to our own error. This was dealt with quickly and we were soon on our way home.

Second time I used the service and the price is great. Only issue I had again was the credit card didnt work to let me in so I had to press the call button to give my reservation number. Not a big issue took less than 1 min to sort but worth noting. Card worked fine for exit...

Everything about the car park was great, the only downside is that there were not enough buses, so that the service to the airport was slow. Both to and from the carpark the buses were full and could not pick us up, and it took a long time (maybe 15 minutes) before another bus came. Something to keep in mind if you think it will be quicker because it's nearer the airport!

I booked this car park based on other people's generally good reviews and I was not dissapointed! I parked my car and was collected within 2 minutes. On the way back I only had to wait for less than 10 min. The transfer took 2 min. The only drawback is the card not recognizing the booking bank card but no issue as you press the "help" feature and you are in/out within 10 seconds!

easy to find . Bus came quickly and dropped right outside the airport. Bus waiting when we got back. A piece of cake!

I did not know which card i paid for the parking the staff where great I would use this again and recommend to friends and family

Very pleased with the complete service. Booking was easy and very quick. Communication after booking was prompt and professional. Parking and transfers were as expected.

no staff operate on this car park,coach service quite good to departures,coach went straight past when waiting for transport back to car park.

If using terminal 2 i well recommend this carpark very quick and smooth and well oganised.

Only negative is that the card reader on the exit barrier would not read the visa card, but this was not a problem after pressing the help button, exit then swiftly achieved.

Other than the exit barrier not recognising our credit card, everything went smoothly. A quick call using the "help" button on the exit barrier and we were on our journey home.

Easy to use and efficient coach transfer even at our 2.30am arrival at the terminal.

on arrival card not recognised this has happened before!no problem contacting someone even though it was 4am.problem finding parking space ok if you have ample time but a worry if not.Problem on exit as some one had pressed for a ticket by mistake again card not accepted. I will be reluctant to use this method again

No hold up no delay, not the cheapest parking but going from terminal 2 it was really quick and easy.

This was a very good and mind easing way to get parking for our trip. From the ease of the booking process, transfers and the knowledge that my vehicle was safe. First class and I will definately use this service again.

From Booking online it was simple steps to follow and easy to find . Soon as we was parked up Bus, the was there and we was in terminal 2 within 10 minutes, Same as for coming home came out of Terminal 2 bus stop striaght outside 5 mins to the car Brilliant would recommend this to all familly singles and older people.
