Only problem we had was getting in. Car was not recognised and as early morning it took a while for someone to answer the intercom. Overall very good. Would use it again.

Arrived to find a queue of cars as barrier would not lift. Transfer bus driver advised I follow him through which I did. On return from holiday the numberplate was not recognised but machine was indicating to insert a token which I didn't have because of the problems described above so I had to press buzzer to ask for the barrier to be raised before I could exit.

Very good but marking out actual spaces would be good as some drivers took lots of space up meaning we spent ages trying to find somewhere. Easy to get in and out of the car park and the transferee and bus shelters were good and we were not left waiting long. All in all I would use jet parks again

Having traveled 2 hours to the airport, to have such a convenient car park with an efficient service was very acceptable.Have used this park many times i will use and recommend to friends for the future.

This was the first time I have ever used an airport parking system and the whole thing was easy, stress free and value for money. I will never again faff around with expenses taxi's or try and cadge lifts off family. This was was so much simpler. Would recommend and definitely book again!

It was great to have Jet Park Parking available. When we arrived the bus was already there and when we need to go back the bus was already there. Great.

The bus driver saw us as we were making our way to the stop, he stopped and waited for us which was really nice. I was slightly worried upon entering the car park when we didn't get a token, but it wasn't a problem. This park obviously works on number plate recognition and we had no problems getting out of the car park.

Feel the transfers from pick up points back to jet parks are in breach of health and safety,our party was the first one to be picked up,due to the amount of passengers and suitcases the driver allowed on the bus it was jam packed ,making getting off at jet park one ,horrendous ,as we had to wait till some passengers had to get off the bus to let us off,and then had to push past other passengers and suitcases,being disabled this isn't acceptable,and spoils what is otherwise an excellent service.

The number plate recognition made entry and exit very simple. The transfer buses were quite frequent and drivers helpful. The car park surface was terrible, full of pot holes and loose gravel. It was raining when we used it and there were many deep puddles and along with the gravel not conducive to pulling suitcases through. All the jetparks were almost full so I don't think the availability of funds is an issue just the willingness to spend them on maintainance, come on jetparks earn your money!!!

In your instructions you need to state that an orange token will be issued in line with the parking reference. Not very clear. I was worried on my return that I would not be able to get out. The bus driver explained the system. Bus pick up was excellent. sat nav helps to find location with ease.
