At the entrance to the car park (signposted Valet Parking), press the Help button and provide your name and booking reference to the operator. You do not need to take a ticket. Once you have parked and unloaded your luggage, enter the reception office to deposit your key. You will be given a receipt you will need to keep safe until you return. After unloading your car and completing a vehicle check with the receptionist, follow the footpath to Terminal 2.

Enter the Valet reception at Terminal 2 and present your receipt. Your key will be returned along with details of where your vehicle is parked in the multi-storey car park. The multi-storey car park is situated opposite Valet reception.

  • Leave the M56 at Junction 5 and stay in the left-hand lane, following signs for Terminal 2.
  • At the first roundabout, take the second exit, signposted Terminal 2.
  • Head down the hill and at the next roundabout, you'll see the Radisson Hotel in front of you.
  • Take the second exit, signposted Terminal 2 arrivals.
  • Continue around the corner, carrying straight on past the 'no entry' lanes.
  • The entrance to the drop-off area is the fourth on the left-hand side.

Everything ran like clock work, from booking, directions to the car park, walk across the road to the terminal. Then in reverse on the return journey. What more can you ask for. The car was waiting for us on our return.

The only advantage of this service is the fast track-- you park your car yourself and walk to terminal and upon return you have to walk once again to find your car. My car also had a strange smell inside when we picked it up -- I have no idea where it was stored

Given the directions it was easy to find the car park just hand in your car keys at the office and walk about three or four minutes to the terminal.

Not meet and greet at all! More like an expensive car park a bit closer to the terminal. You arrive, buzz the buzzer, they tell you where to park, you drop off your keys at the "welcome centre", walk to and from the terminal, then pick them up on your way back, where they tell you where your car is parked, then you walk to your car. The "welcome centre" is through and out the far side of the short stay multi-storey car park. We flew out from T2 and back into T3, then had a long walk back to where the car was parked in the T2 car park. It looks secure, but you may as well park in long stay!

We used Meet and Greet Terminal 2 as, on this occasion, it was approximately the same price as other services where you had to catch a bus. Dropping off the car was a smooth and swift operation, despite a number of other cars arriving at the same time. The car was ready for us when we arrived back at Manchester and we were able to be on our way home without any delays.

First time using this service but wouldn't hesitate to use again. Easy to find, quick key drop off and short walk to arrivals from where there is a lift up to departures (T2).even quicker collecting car on return even at 2.30 in the morning, where car was waiting in a close by spot. Great service.
