Airparks Gold Meet and Greet parking offers a convenient and time saving alternative to standard car parking at Manchester Airport. Be met at the Airport on your departure and return by an Airparks chauffeur who will take care of the parking for you.

Airparks Gold Meet and Greet serves all terminals at Manchester Airport.

Please call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email when you are 15 minutes away from the airport; the chauffeur will be at the airport 15 minutes before your designated arrival time and will wait 15 minutes after your arrival time. Your driver will be wearing a blue Airparks jacket with fluorescent orange waistcoat and nametag. You will be issued a unique receipt with full details of your departure procedures and collection of your vehicle.

If you were not able to provide your terminal information at the time of booking, please call the car park phone number provided in your confirmation email at least 24 hours before your arrival to confirm.

Terminal 1: Upon arrival at the airport, please follow the signs for Terminal 1 departures, following the ramp up into the Multi-Storey car park. Drop off your passengers and luggage at Level 5 (departures entrance floor) and proceed up to Level 11, where your chauffeur will meet you by the entrance to the lifts.

Terminal 2: Upon arrival at the airport, follow the signs for Terminal 2 departures. Drop off your passengers and luggage at the departure level in the drop off area (just past the second set of departure doors on the left). Proceed to the end of the departures lane and turn right into the Multi-Storey car park, taking the ramp down to the lower area (Level C). Turn right at the bottom of the ramp and your driver will meet you there.

Terminal 3: Upon arrival at the airport, please follow the signs for Terminal 3 departures. On the approach to the terminal, at the first mini-roundabout, take the 3rd exit to the right, into the Multi-Storey car park and proceed up to Level 5 (roof top). At the top of the ramp to Level 5, turn left and drive along to the very end, where your chauffeur will meet you.

Once you have cleared departures, please call the car park on the phone number provided in your confirmation email to confirm your arrival.

Terminal 1: Take the lift from the terminal back up to Level 11 and the chauffeur will return your vehicle by the lift doors.

Terminal 2: Make your way out of the departure doors and cross to Lane 3. The chauffeur will return your vehicle outside of the Budget Car Rental.

Terminal 3: Make your way out of the departure doors and cross over to the car rental offices. Go through the doors into the Multi-Storey car park and the chauffeur will return your vehicle to you there.

The car took 40 minutes to be delivered - after being sent to the wrong terminal (Manchester). we eventually left long after the people using buses and taxis. The staff while polite didn't seem to feel that it was a particular problem - I would be very reluctant to use this company again - i am awaiting their comments

Even though we arrived at the airport early on both occasions, the company were quick to respond and their polite and courteous staff were waiting for us to deliver a very smooth and prompt service. Its worth that little bit extra for stress free car parking and we would definately use them again.

It was reassuring to know that we didn't have to wait for a mini-bus and spend any more time travelling after an over-night trans-atlantic flight. Also our time spent getting to the airport was reduced, which is always a good thing.

We arrived at the airport at the time arranged (04.20)but there was no one there to meet us and then it took 15 mins of repeated telephoning before anyone answered the phone and a further 5 mins before someone arrived to take our car. On our return we telephoned as soon as we got into the baggage collection hall to say we had arrived but still had to wait at the collection point in the car park and phone again to confirm our car was being delivered to us. Not very impressed with the service, I dont know what it would be like at busyer holiday times.

On arrival, there was nobody to meet me at the designated point. It was 4.40 in the morning and I was not pleased having phoned to confirm the booking 4 days earlier. When I phoned them they denied I had called and said they didn't know where I was. Ridiculous.

Car Park Staff were there waiting to collect the car when we arrived at the Airport, that was excellant and the staff very friendly. On returning thou we had to wait over 10 minutes in the freezing cold at 12.30am in the morning before the car was returned to us. The main reason for using the sevice, was so we could drive away as soon as we arrived, unfortunatley that did not happen. My advice would be to phone the company on landing not as they request, when you have recieved your luggage

Although the wait was longer than promised we were under shelter while we waited and it wouldnt stop us booking with them again.I thought it was good value for money.Also mileage was logged giving you peace of mind after the scarey stories we had heard.very professional.

Meet and Greet on the website implies that you are meeting upon arrival and departure with your car. What actually happens is that you drop the car off at a location (other than the departure point) and you have to make your way to the same location to wait for your car to be dropped off (20 minutes for us).

Written drop off instructions were incorrect, telephone staff did not really seem to know the layout of the carpark and the usual simple wait by the car rental offices is not used with this company. Finally working out we needed to go to the 3rd floor of the carpark we waited in between the lifts as instructed to find out after 3 phonecalls I had to go and find the parking staff myself. (Perhaps a tall high viz mobile sign with the company name would help?) Staff were polite and curteous. On return waited 25-30 minutes for car to be brought out. I would not use again there are far better Meet & Greet services.
