well signposted and easily accessible. straight from plane, into car and direct onto motorway.

This service was very efficient and was smooth to use start to finish. The departures day was quick. I was in the terminal 5 minutes after arriving at car park. Same as arrival I got my keys and was driving away in less than 5 minutes. It was cheaper than having to get somebody to drop off and pick me up.

went to old meet and greet car park walked to office at other end of terminalwhere i was told to get my car and bring it to new car park. i walked back to car tried to get out but exit would not let me out.i had to park car again and walk to main car park and pay £2,50 .i then had to walk back to car and drive to new meet and greet .this took an extra half an hour. it would have been so easy for them to pick my car up from old meet and greet and takeaway to car park

This service was so simple, easy to book on line, just park the car go to the office, register, then go on holliday, come back and there is your car. would alway use again and recomend to anyone. don't need to give you best wishes because you already have a briliant service, but thank you very much. thanks a million. Wouldn't use it from terminal 2 again. But terminal 1 and 3 is close and very good Manchester Airport

This was the first time we have ever driven to the airport,and we were a bit reluctant at first....... After reading some of the reviews we decided to give it a try. We arrived at 5am and were parked up and in the checkin queue with our bags within 10 mins. It worked out cheaper than using a taxi without the worry of wether they will turn up on time, plus on our return we didn't have to hang around for the taxi, only to be told we had to walk to the main road with the cases so that the driver won't have to pay for parking. We landed 45 mins early the car was ready and waiting and we only had to walk through the bottom level of main carpark to get to the office to collect our keys. Excellent service and we will definately use it again, no more taxi's for us (very happy customers, Thankyou !)

Couldn't be easier to find and very close to departures , hassle free and no waiting around for shuttle buses !!

Do not hesitate, book with them, its so easy, this is the second time I have used the service and I will use it next year.

Arrived at the car park during a thunderstorm and desk staff would not allow me to drop off suitcases before parking car. Therefore had to park car and get soaked while lugging suitcases. Not a good start to holiday. Upon return desk staff continued their conversation while dealing with me. Not very professional.

No hold ups or hitches very smooth will use again and recommend to my friends

I would definitely recommend this firm. They were very efficient and helpful.

Delays on entering car park. Attendant was not allowed to let cars in so waited nearly 10 minutes before being let in. We understand this was due to lack of staff in the office, but this is something you should address. Staff themselves were very polite etc and picking up our car on our return journey was excellent

Great service very convenient will use again and would highly recommend. Infant I have already recommended to family members for forthcoming holiday.

Park car in holding area, walk in rain to hut, walk in rain to terminal reverse this in rain on way back...where is the Meet aspect? Park it yourself and find it yourself would be a better description. Close to terminal is the only advantage and it's worth it for this aspect.

Travelling with two young children we found it very easy using meet and greet, a lot better than having to wait for buses to take you to the large car parks. Will definitely use them again.

Have nothing but praise for this service. We had to change our vehicle at the last minute due to weather conditions but this was dealt with by very helpful staff everything was very professional. Would recommend this service to our family and friends and would definitely use again.

The staff did not seem to be ware of the fact that I had a booking until I showed them paper evidence. Apart from that everything was fine.
