I was a little apprehensive about using this company after reading some of the reviews. However, I needn't have worried as it was perfect. Called 15 mins before we arrived at Manchester airport and was told to drive to one of the drop off locations. We pulled in to find our man waiting for us. We handed over the keys, and he provided us with the number to call once we had landed back in the UK once through customs and baggage collection. Once home, we waited no more than 5 mins before our car was brought to us direct. Fantastic. Would use again and recommend to friends and family. The only suggestion I would have is for the staff to wear t-shirts/jumpers/jackets etc with the company logo on as it was a little disconcerting handing over your keys to a random person. People trust in brands, and a "uniform" or clothing with the logo would top off a fabulous service.

Booked my car in at 16.00 had to wait 45 min befor somebody come to get my car rang 3 times never again

The service was good overall but I was disappointed on our return as the flight was delayed by 22 hours and we advised them but when we rang from the airport they claimed to know nothing about the delay. This was soon sorted but the communication breakdown was annoying.

Beyond expectation... Even at 2.30am our driver was cheerful and courteous; felt so sorry for him as we were so tired and probably didn't know which way was up... Please send our apologies. Brilliant service and value. Will definitely use again.

30 min wait to pick car up, 35 min wait to receive car back. Not the best. Great system, shame wait time Wasn't what it said

Did as promised. Drivers there on time. Great value for money. No damage to car. Everything went smoothly.

From the phone call as I approached the airport, right up to collecting the car, the while thing was great. I would definitely recommend you guys to family and friends.

Economically and most efficient means of airport car parking we have ever used

I would never use again. They told me to meet them in the wrong place on my return. Before i got to check the car the man had gone, basicaly passed the keys and jogged to another car there was 2 scratches and a dent on my boot lid and scuffs near the petrol cap. I would advise people to steer clear of this service

I have used Premier meet and greet on several occasions and have always found them to be very profesional in the way they conduct their business. I will certainly use them for all my other air trips.

We phoned 15 mins before arrival at the airport as requested. We were exactly on time as per the booking. We made a further phone call just after our arrival and was told there was was a delay as they we busy. We had to wait at the departure drop off point for 30 mins before they arrived. Meanwhile I had to explain to two different Police officers why we were hanging about as they wanted me to on. Arrival back was very good, swift and efficient. In addition someone had played about with the Sat Nav settings as its display was different to when I left it.

The service from booking online to being met after the long flight home went without any problem including a late change in vehicle being used by me. The helpfulness and timely arrival made sure there was no waiting at either end of the service.

Great service, there to meet us and take the car and again to give the keys back. Takes hassle out of the end of a holiday.

Easy to book online. A simple phone call to arrange pick-up of our car at the terminal drop-off point and just as easy to arrange for them to bring our car to us when we arrived back. Car was exactly as we left it. Would use again and would recommend!

Thanks to the meet and greet team, I called as advised 15 minutes away from the airport, polite lady gave me the instructions, which where simple. I then had to deviate from motorway, I called them again to say I would be late, it was no problem at all, I was met by a guy, who again gave me my return instructions, and we were on our way. Return, I called them once I had picked up my case, I was given the instructions again, and made my way to the Departures in terminal 1, this took me no more than 5 minutes to do. The car was not there until a further 10 minutes, Got to be realistic on times, and give them chance to get your car to the airport, ten minutes was no hassle at all. No problems with the car, I will use them again, but next time take them up on the valet for £25. Thanks for the great service.... Mr A Rose.

Apprehensive at leaving my car with someone else, but needn't have worried. All went well. Met on time and far better than searching for a car park space & getting a transfer bus. For the little extra it costs well worth it for the conveience. Will use this company again. Thanks guys!

My flight was delayed on the way back and although I phoned as soon as I had landed an despite being told they would take only 15 mins actually took over 40 mins to arrive with my car. It was dark and there was no opportunity to inspect my car properly. It was only the next day that I realised that there was a large scuff/scratch on the back of the car. This was definitely not there when I dropped it off. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Very unhappy.
