The room was small but we did have a cot in it so..... Bathroom could've been cleaner. Reception was great as was parking. Breakfast started from 4am and was excellent. My only complaint is that the pick up from airport on return took 20 mins to arrive and she drove like a complete nutter - I had a one year old with no seat belt - the driver didn't seem to care about this and I found that very annoying. Would definitely stay there again - good value but would hope for a more sensible driver next time and would ring for pick up at passport control not from baggage collection as they specified.

Room fine. No dining, which was a problem at an airport....take away service was available but not inspiring....mostly fast food, so drove into Liverpool to find a restaurant. Transfer in minibus worked ok but a problem in that the member of staff who checked us in, the evening before departure, simply said to turn up in the morning for the transfer. We did as did others. Then were told we should have checked in for transfer at reception. Reception had no idea how many people required transfer, so a bit chaotic.
