We had an early morning flight and were going to drive from Scotland to Newcastle during the night but after comparing parking prices, it wasn't much more to stay at Novotel the night before and leave the car there while we were on holiday. Booking was straightforward online, check-in at the Hotel was quick and efficient, the room was modern and comfortable (family of four). Reception arranged for a taxi to collect us and (lots of!) luggage at 3.45am and this was on time. You get a card to show taxi driver on return from holiday, so you just go to taxi queue, the driver will phone for authorisation while you are on the way to the Hotel and you sign a card when you get out of the taxi at your car - we didn't have to phone anyone or go back into the Hotel on return. All in all, a reasonably priced and very efficient service.

Nice clean friendly hotel. Will definately use again in the future. Transfer bus is excellent, we were late coming in from Egypt but the bus came right back for us on request. Nothing is to much hastle for this hotel. Excelent value great service. Clean hotel.

Convenient for the airport, taxi transfers were on time with pleasant drivers. Staff at hotel were very helpful. We will use this hotel when we next have an early morning flight or late arrival. Good value for money.
