Will I receive confirmation of my booking?
We will send you confirmation via email within a couple of minutes of completing your booking online. Please note that you must bring a copy of your printed confirmation with you to the lounge, as you will not be admitted without it.

Is it necessary to bring a printed copy of my confirmation to the lounge?
Yes. The lounge terms and conditions state that a printout of your confirmation must be presented at reception. If you do not have a printer, many libraries and internet cafés offer this service for a small fee.

Are children allowed in airport lounges?
Some lounges do not permit entry to infants or very young children. In those cases, you will not be able to select children or infants in the search form.

How long can I stay in a lounge?
Most lounges allow a maximum stay of 3 (three) hours. There are, however, some lounges that offer longer stays, usually up to 5 (five) hours. This information will be clearly displayed in our search results.

Can I stay in the lounge longer than my booked length of time?
You may be able to pay the lounge directly on the day for additional time, at the lounge's discretion.

Can I use an airport lounge that isn't located in my departure terminal?
In most cases, you would not be able to use a lounge located in a different departure terminal to the one you're using, because most lounges are located Airside, after security checkpoints. There are some exceptions, and this information is noted on a lounge's details page.

Can I visit the lounge upon arriving at the airport, rather than upon departing?
Yes, but only if the lounge is located Landside - which is detailed in the information page for each lounge.

Do lounges have any restrictions?
Each lounge has its own policies and entry conditions, which may include specific dress codes. We strongly recommend checking the details for any lounge you're considering before proceeding with your booking.

What facilities are available at the lounges?
Facilities vary, so it's advisable to check a lounge's details before completing your booking.

What is included in the price?
You are free to use any of the facilities and services available, and most lounges provide complimentary refreshments. There may be additional charges for alcoholic drinks and some services like Wi-Fi or showering facilities (where available). Where additional payment is required for refreshments or services, you will be asked to pay at the lounge.

How do I amend my airport lounge booking?
All amendments must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure by calling 0208 865 3462 during office hours (08.00-20.00 Mon-Fri, 09.00-17.00 Sat), or using our online amendment form.

How do I cancel my airport lounge booking?
