How can I amend or cancel my booking?
Your confirmation email contains a telephone number you must call if you need to amend or cancel your booking. Please be aware that amendments or cancellations may be subject to charges from the parking provider. You can get more instructions by completing the form on our cancel or amend your booking page.

Will I receive confirmation of my booking?
Yes, you will receive confirmation via email within a couple of minutes of completing your online booking. We recommend taking a printed copy of your confirmation with you to the car park.

I haven't received an email confirmation. What do I do?
Please check your "junk" or "spam" email folders, as some email providers incorrectly put the confirmation there. If it is not there, use our Contact Us form to let us know. Be sure to provide your name, email address and booking reference.

What is the gosimply Award?
The gosimply Award for Customer Satisfaction is our way of recognising those airport car parking services who routinely demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent customer service. In addition to our own evaluation of the car parks, customers' reviews play a major part in helping us determine which companies receive the award.

Can I park my van / minibus / mobile home / trailer at the car park?
Each car park has its own policy with regard to what types of vehicles are accepted. As a general rule of thumb, if your vehicle fits into a standard-size parking space, you do not need to worry. Some car parks, though, do have height restrictions. Check if the car park you're considering has any vehicle restrictions by clicking an "info" or "more info" link, then looking under the "Vehicle restrictions" section.

Are transfers to and from the airport included in the price?
Airport transfers are normally included in the price you are quoted. There are a few car parks that have service limitations, usually late at night and/or early in the morning, and the car park may collect an additional surcharge if you are leaving or arriving during those hours. If this is the case, you will be advised prior to completing your booking online.

What happens if I overstay my pre-booked time period?
Most car parks allow a grace period with no additional charge if your flight is delayed by a couple of hours. If you are using an automated car park and are delayed, we recommend that you consult a member of car park staff before attempting to exit, to avoid potentially unnecessary charges. If you are delayed longer than a couple of hours, you may be required to pay the car park directly for the extra time at their standard daily gate price.

What is Meet & Greet Parking?
Meet & Greet Parking is perhaps the most convenient airport parking available because there's no need to use a transfer bus. A fully-insured chauffeur meets you at your departure terminal and then takes your car to a secure compound while you proceed to check in. When you return, your car is brought back to you at the terminal, so you can be on your way. It's the perfect option for disabled travellers, families and those with lots of luggage.

Why has the quoted price increased?
Prices are set by the car parks, and are subject to change at any time. As the number of available spaces decreases, the cost of parking tends to rise. This is why we always advise customers to book as far in advance as possible to avoid paying more later.
