Do gosimply.com own the products being sold?
No. We provide an impartial comparison service for the airport hotels and car parks that serve the UK's main airports. Customers can view, compare and choose the best airport hotel & parking solution based on price, availability, location and facilities. Additional services such as stand alone airport parking, Meet and Greet services, airport lounges and travel insurance can also be booked via our website.

Why is there a credit/debit card surcharge?
Unfortunately, some of our hotel and car parking providers charge a small card fee when you use your debit / credit card to make a booking. These charges are made by the service providers and are not a fee imposed by gosimply.com, our service is free and does not include any mark-ups or hidden fees. The full cost of the booking including any card fees charged by the service provider will be clearly displayed at the time of booking and payment.

Why am I getting the error message: "The Arrival date must be in the future."?
If you get this message when conducting a search and you're sure you've selected the correct dates, please check your PC's date and time and make sure it shows the current date. This can usually be done by double-clicking the time display in the lower right hand corner of your computer desktop. This is an error that commonly appears if the date on your computer is incorrect.

How can I get a VAT receipt for my booking?
To request a VAT receipt for your booking, you will need to contact the car park or hotel provider directly and provide your booking reference.
