The Travelers' Lounge

Overall a nice experience. The lounge is comfy and didn't seem too crowded, despite being at capacity (happy we booked, as many people were waiting on the door to get in). Food was good quality but limited selection. Drinks and coffee quite good too. Cans of beer are free, but premium beers and other alcohol is extra. Some aspects of the lounge could do with refreshing - many of the power points were flaky due to obvious over-use. Showers cost extra, which is a pity. We knew this ahead of time though. But generally a positive experience, and just about worth what we paid (around £70 each for 6 hours).

Traveled 15 hours and with a 10 hour wait for the next flight a nice relaxing atmosphere with food and drinks topped off with a nice relaxing hot shower it's the best way to travel and not having to wait by a noisy terminal gate I would highly recommend it for most travellers not a place for loud children though.

I booked this lounge because I had a flight from Adelaide to Hong Kong with an 11hr wait before the flight to Manchester. The shower was excellent (I found the lounge as soon as I arrived at the airport & booked the shower for when I was due at the lounge). The shower had towels, hairdryer & all the toiletries with a max. of 20 mins. The lounge itself was comfortable, lights dimmed for relaxing, tv's if you wanted. There was plenty to drink from beer, lager, soft drinks to coffee or tea. The food, vegetables, chicken, rice, noodles, cake, biscuits was well cooked. I would certainly recommend this lounge & would use it again.

Clean & friendly staff. Being albe to have a shower half way through a trip to Sydney makes all the difference.

We did struggle to find the lounge as it had changed its name but once we found it the booking in process was quite straight forward. The highlight was being able to have a hot shower where towels and complimentary soaps etc were provided. Plenty of hot and cold food plus soft drinks were available all the time. Comfortable lounge chairs but could have been better if they had higher backs. All in all a good experience especially as our flight was delayed a further 3 hours.

Choice of food was shocking. I only used this as I had a 5 hour lay over in Hong Kong. Do not think I would ever use again.

This is a nice place to rest on your way through an airport. The food was lovely. The alcohol was limited, which was a disappointment.

We went to the lounge in Hong Kong airport as we had an 8hour wait for our connection. It was really good. We both had a shower and felt refreshed. There was hot food all sorts of snacks and sandwiches and tea coffee soft drinks and beer. Free Wi Fi, also computers. Papers and magazines. We did an 8 hour flight from Perth Australia and connected on to Heathrow night flight. It was well worth using the lounge to relax.

But layback seats are needed and there is excessive noise from other travellers at times

Half way through a long and tedious journey the lounge provided a relaxing and comfortable break. The ambience was restful, the shower was clean and efficient and the bar food was very enticing. The main meals were good, but slightly lessattractive to our English tastes
