Travelling alone with a 5 hour lay over I wanted to be comfortable and safe. The lounge was welcoming and comfortable. I didn't really know what I could do or was included but eventually worked it out. Shower was excellent. The best thing I think. Food could have been warmer. The screens with flight details were ok but I was concerned I might miss the flight as they were on a rolling table and not fixed on screen. I m really glad I used this lounge. I'm trying the rest areas on the homeward journey so here's hoping they are even better.

I felt it was worth the extra money I spent to stay in the lounge - the showers were great. but as I am coeliac- I hoped for more gluten free food - as it was, I was hardly able to eat anything, same for my daughter. but apart from that, it was good.

there was plenty of different areas in which to relax, read, watch TV, eat or just relax in private.

Stayed at the westside travelers lounge which was the best for people on transit through Hong Kong. Comfy chairs and a clean shower were great. Food was a little hit and miss however as the hot food wasnt kept hot enough with little variety and the drinks not cold!

I was forced to hire lounge space because the business lounge I was in closed between 12.30am and 6.30am. The Traveler's Lounge wasn't a comfortable experience. Small, hard armchairs and virtually no refreshment. Toilets were outside and along the corridor. I payed £36 to sit in a chair and drink water for six hours. I have used Sevisair in London for the same price and had a wide choice of refreshment. The lounge was fairly small and full and there was constant traffic. The staff were pleasant.

We need to relax for a fee hour during stop over this fitted the bill. Both Hong Kong Lounges are in the same terminal, which was a bit confusing when booking. But in all good.

We had trouble finding the lounge at Hong Kong Airport as it is quite tucked away but when we found it we were very disappointed. The wireless Internet wasn't working, the coffee machine was being cleaned, the range of drinks and food was limited and the "ambiance" clinical and unfriendly. The receptionists were not at all welcoming. We paid about half the price for a lounge at Heathrow which was much much better with lovely food and drinks.

The customer service was disgraceful. I was made to feel very unwelcome when I arrived. It was very busy but I don't believe that is an excuse for terrible service. I was dismissed by the staff and when I asked a staff member about the shower she said she would put my name down on the list and said "shoo" and waved her hand at me. I was travelling with an infant and there was no offer of assistance or provision made for parents travelling with infants. The food was below average. I managed to get a few hairs in my food, which put me off completely.
