all the facilities were excellent. Had there been few lounge chairs it would have been better to stretch out and have some shut eyes. However we were happy with all the facilities and the politeness of the staff. Will defenately Use the lounge on my next travel through Hong Kong.

Took me a while to find the entrance and was desperately in need of a shower but was told to come back in an hour. Shower was good and very welcome. Food choice was very limited.

I found the staff helpful and the facilities good although maybe more shower rooms would be ideal. English newspapers would also have been welcome , however over all a good place to rest during a long transit .

Could not use showers because the queue was too long. Seating OK, variety of food and drink limited. Unfriendly staff. I booked a place together with mine for a client who accompanied me, and was embarassed by the experience.

Fine. Directions to the facility from within the airport not great. Could possibly do with a greater variety of food (more basic stuff). Shower and washing facilities excellent and this was our main reason for using it. Generally, good value for money.

Due to a 7 hour stop over in Hong Kong, we thought we would book into the lounge to freshen up. The lounge was quiet, relaxing and definitely worth every penny to be away from the noise and hassle of a busy HK airport.

We found the lounge great value. Our's was a night flight to Australia and we came by car to the airport. It was good to relax in the lounge prior to the long flights and the light refreshments were quite adequate. The staff were pleasant and helpful and kept the various refreshments topped up. We would definitely book this lounge again if travelling on long flights.
