I had a 5hr wait for a connection and I wanted somewhere to wait that was relaxing and comfortable. The lounge met my requirements perfectly and provided refreshment, IT facilities and a good place to rest. I will certainly be using the facility again.

It made a big difference having a comfortable place to rest and shower in between long international flights. Although it is expensive, almost prohibitively so, I found that the difference it made to my physical and mental wellbeing during a long journey made it worth the investment.
