Staff should learn to smile -somewhat ironic in the 'Land of Smiles'. The surly staff marred an otherwise positive experience.

We enjoyed the opportunity to relax in quiet surroundings at an airport which has very few pleasant seating areas for regular passengers. It was well worth the money.

the lounge was half full which was a suprise given that there is very little seating for non business travellers in the airport. We had used the BA buiness lounge on the way out. Other than no loos/shower the CIP lounge wasnt much different. My only issue was the air con was too cold! We spent over 3 hours here. It had free wifi and internet and the selection of food/drink was fine. It was money very well spent as we got on the plane relaxed and refreshed

Wi-fi would be great to have in the lounge, instead of sharing the desktop PCs. Otherwise all good.

As I said the lounge, staff, ambience and food and beverages were excellent. The experience was only marred by an administrative failure which meant that our names were not on the the list when we arrived, however the excellent staff soon sorted this out for us. Knowing Bangkok as I do, I would be interested to see the level of upkeep of the lounge in say 5 years time, but as for now it is excellent
