Al Reem Lounge serves Main Terminal 1. Airside - to the left of Departures Immigration Control. Pax flying from T3 can access via the Transfer Link but will need to allow minimum 30mins to reach departure gate. Transit pax should not pass Security upon arrival but instead turn right and follow signs, then turn left upon entering T1.

Only one shower, there was a long queue, we almost missed our connecting flight and everyone in queue was agitated and worried about same thing. AND we had to pay extra to use the shower - they don't tell you that when you buy it!!!

The lounge is very welcoming and the food looked nice, but as we were only expecting snacks we had eaten on our way to the airport. The catering did seem to be aimed at adults rather than children though. During our visit the lounge was very busy and there were some users who had difficulty finding a seat. Nevertheless both my grandson and I were happy we had booked, he particularly enjoyed the internet access leaving me time to enjoy a drink and a few chapters of my book. We will book again on our next trip.

The old part of Abu Dhabi airport is pretty awful. The lounge is a good option to escape the noise and limited seating of the common areas.
