Ascot Lounge serves North Terminal. Airside - pass through Passport Control, turn left into the main departure lounge, follow the signs for the Lounge Pavilion. Turn right into the Lounge Pavilion and take the lift or stairs down to Level 1. The Lounge is located on the right hand side.

Gatwick Ascot Lounge operates a smart/casual dress code (no baseball caps, shorts or football shirts) and expects suitable behaviour from guests. The lounge can be used up to 3 hours before the flight time. Screens are prominently displayed for flight information and, for security reasons, customers are advised to remain with their luggage at all times. Internet access is subject to payment. The Ascot Lounge in the North Terminal has closed and is due to re-open mid JAN2012. Cardholders will have access to the Wentworth Lounge during this time.

The Lounge name had changed after we booked it so we initially had problems locating the correct lounge. But the location was lovely and quiet and very relaxing. The faclities were clean.

We wouldn't fly from gatwick without using the Ascot lounge.Its comfortable and relaxing.theres every drink you could think of.food basically consusts of cheese,biscuits,crisps and cakes.Sandwiches would be nice.Its a brilliant start to what might be stressfull.

A haven of peace and quiet on a hectic Friday morning at Gatwick. Extremely good start to our holiday and excellent value for a stress free wait for our flight. Good selection of foods and drinks. A cool inviting lounge away from the heat & noise of the public shopping lounge and bars. Will definately use this lounge again.

The lounges may not have been as easy to find as we'd thought, but find them we did. We were welcomed into the lounge, with little administrative bother and shown where o find the facilities. Since the last time I used this lounge (many moons ago) it lost it's showers which was no major problem, but the view out of the window was effectively nil - this I thought, was a pity. The snacks were of the pre-packaged variety of pastries, cakes, biscuits, cheeses, nuts and crisps, with ample hot and cold drinks, a very impressive bar and fresh fruit. Some of the snacks appeared to have a light mould growing on them, which was a great shame, but otherwise no real issues. There was a single television showing daytime BBC shows which was pleasant enough, at a descreet volume and - while not mentioned in the listing for this lounge - complimentary wi-fi, however only in a small area of the lounge - ask at the front desk and they will guide you to where the best reception is. A perfect start to our honeymoon, very relaxing and utterly fantastic value for money.

I went early in the morning so I didn't get the whole benefit of the great facilities(2 glasses of wine, a couple of coffees and some snacks was enough at 8am)!Tranquil and you are made to feel special.Go for it- you will not be disappointed.

First time booking a lounge prior to our flight. Found facilities good, though a more comprehensive range of snacks would be better i.e. sandwiches.

Overall, I was pleased with the facility that was offered by the lounge, but disappointed on the day that several toilets were out of order, and not many newspapers available. Also, there was a party of four men, who were drinking quite heavily and were fairly loud, which was a little offputting. I would still use this facility again though.

Comfortable with very friendly and welcoming staff. Maybe the option of toast being available would be good but overall a very relaxing experience which I would use again.
