THE BOLLIN LOUNGE1 serves Terminal 1. Airside - proceed through Passport Control, turn left and take the stairs to the floor above. Turn right, follow signs and proceed down the corridor where the Lounge is located.

important information

Reasonable behaviour is expected from all guests, and children and infants are welcome when accompanied by an adult. Only ticketed passengers are allowed access to the lounge, and it is the responsibility of guests to ensure they leave in time to catch their flights. The dress code at Servisair GlobeGround lounge is smart/casual (no baseball caps, shorts or football shirts). PLEASE NOTE: the Lounge is now scheduled to close 23MAY13 and relocate to the new ASPIRE LOUNGE BY SERVISAIR next door. Some of the Manchester UK lounges are currently having some capacity issues and we therefore apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. There are a selection of lounges to choose from in both terminals.

I would use this lounge again due to it opening at 4am but if Escape opened at this time I would choose to go there.

Disappointed that the lounge was just the same as before apart from the lack of can drinks - coke, lemonade etc having the large bottles make s the drink go flat - I was informed that the lounge had been renovated and the name changed was disappointed in the whole thing.

There have been a lot of small tin drinks missing and you can only get them out of the big bottles which is flat sometimes

you need to get there early to enjoy the full experience, could have been a lot cleaner, reasonably comfortable

The most disappointing aspect was that there was a child in the lounge making an unbelievable noise but also the food was poor and the coffee machine was out of action. Should be child free and I would like my money back. If not I will used another lounge.

Excellent to get a away from the crowds. Good selection of drinks but food was mainly crackers, cheese & fruit. Would have appreciated more choice of TV channels rather than just BBC. Would use it again.

Having been in many lounges through out the world, I can clearly state that this is the worst. No hot food, soft drinks were in 2 liter bottles, most of which were flat. I will give them there due there was plenty of alcohol but I didn't fancy it at 6.30am witha 16 hour flight in front of me. There are no sockets to plug your laptop in and the wifi is very slow. After 20 minutes I went shopping and stayed in the main terminal that's how bad it was. Never again.

The choice of snacks is adequate, as with the drinks. It's nice to know that once you've reached the airport and checked in there's a nice relaxing area to start your holiday from.
