Staff very helpful and efficient. The Bollins Lounge is always quiet and relaxing. Always the one we choose when travelling from the UK.

We spent the best part of 2 hours in the bolin lounge.It was our first experience and we will use it on all our holidays from now on,especially on our long haul trips.We were able to just sit and relax in a quiet area,and as we are both very nervous flyers it was good to be away from the hectic waiting areas,and to also enjoy the inclusive drinks which helped to calm our nerves.The Bollin lounge will become part of any further holidays we take.

We have used this lounge several times. We like the fact that we can chill out and help ourselves to the food and drink on offer.

Disappointed with the Bollin Lounge. Cheap vodka (cheaper than Smirnoff) unknown brand, the only coke in an open 2 litre bottle,(flat) and no nuts for nibbles.

good atmosphere, quiet and relaxing. friendly service, good selection of snack food and drinks both alcholic and non alcholic.

Clean and comfortable could do with more choice in food, soup or sandwiches would have been good.

Have previously booked into other lounges therefore we thought we knew what to expect however to ensure the lounge met our requirements we checked on line prior to booking. As the web site suggested similar facilities to other lounges at Manchester Airport we felt satisfied this would meet our needs and booked accordingly. On arrival we were shocked at the standard of surroundings and seat availability. Eventually found a table where another couple was willing to share unfortunatley this was no where near the only one working tv. We then proceeded to look for a daily newspaper but was unable to find any with the exception of a tabloid that somebody had left. We then proceeded to get a bite to eat only to find the only thing available was poor quality wrapped cheese crackers and rolls. On enquiring about other food available ie/ sandwiches / hot food we were informed "what is out is all that was available". You can imagine our surprise by this response when the web site promised so much more. We had not eaten and therefore had no choice but to eat what was out. This experience was not value for money we will not book this lounge again and will not recommend this to others either.

First experience of Bollin Lounge. Although there is a slightly limited range of food and drinks, there should be something to suit all tastes. Staff helpful and they announce flights instead of having you having to view screen for departure information (as in other lounge). Will certainly use on next trip.

Comfortable seating with plenty of room and good views of he departing planes. Plenty of choice in respect of drinks and snacks available. Well worth the money to sit in comfort and be able to fully relax prior to the flight.

My group were very pleased with the Bollin Lounge. It was very comfortable, clean and well stocked with drinks and snacks. If I were to suggest an improvement it would be the provision of more substantial food. Sandwiches, either fresh or pre-packed,and maybe an additional charge, would be a good idea. Thank you.
