Getting onto Broadband was a total NIGHTMARE but it was eventually achieved.

Snack options limited - little choice in the way of fruit. Pleanty of coffee/tea and a nice, relaxing atmoshphere. Shame it was quite a long walk to the loo!

A very pleasant hour and a half. We use these lounges whenever we fly.

Room could do with air conditioning. We sat in a corner next to the air vents and there was a distinct smell which was nauseating, we had to change seats.

Lounge gives a haven to relax from the hussle and bussle of the airport lounge but do not think it is value for money on an early morning flight would be more suited to later flight times.

in using the lounge early morning would have enjoyed the experience more with the provision of some hot food, for the cost of the facilities.

i book the vip lounge every time me and my husband travel. we do travel a couple of times a year. i do recomment the lounge to my friends and family.

I would recomend using the lounge as it is relaxing and makes waiting for your flight much more enjoyable. All flight information is fully in view so no reason as to not getting to you gate on time.
