During our time in the lounge there were several babies and toddlers causing a good deal of noise. Understandable, but one reason for being in the lounge is to get some peace before flying.

No struggling to find a couple of seats together for a quiet conversation, easily the best way to relax and chill before flying off to your destination where ever it is.......

We use the lounge to get away from the crowded open areas of the airport. It's a place to relax in quiet and comfort, read the paper and have a glass of wine and plate of nibbles. We value the chance to be with people who share the same idea and to be away from families with inevitable fractious children.

A pleasant place to sit in relative peace and quiet with a drink and light snack prior to the flight. There was a slight fuel smell in the lounge area, near the television screen and away from the reception desk. This has been noticed on afew occasions.

what value for money, what service,our flight was very early in the morning,it was delayed by 4 hours,nothing was too much trouble for your staff,even at 05-14 we arrived at our destination fully refreshed & ready to sail.we will be going again to Turkey in July & Sept.& you can be sure we will be visiting the Bolling & yourlovely staff Trevor Jones in Alicante Spain via Manchester

Great way to start a holiday,away from all the niose and caos of an airport,and no kids running about !!Good value for money.Highly recommended.

The atmosphere in The Bollin Lounge is a very relaxing way to begin your holiday,you can settle down to a nice breakfast in comfortable surroundings,a very hassle free start before boarding your flight.

Starts your holiday off a treat. No hustle and bustle like the rest of the airport. I would recommend it to anyone. First class treatment for such little money.

A great experience, all the pressure of the usual departures gone you can waiting in comfortable seating, have a drink or an snack, read, heaven. worth every penny.

we booked the lounge as we were travelling to cyprus for a 50th birthday celebration and thought it would be good to start our holiday off in style at the lounge,,we were not dissapointed and had a great time there the staff were friendly and plenty of light snacks and drinks to choose from,,i will be booking again in sept and will be recomending it to all my friends who are travelling this year from manchester thanks margaret martin

Welcoming staff ensures that the holiday gets off to a great start. Food and drink are regulrly check and updated as necessary. Plenty to see and do if that is what you require. Its just fabulous knowing that you will always be guarenteed a place, not fight for refreshments, and enjoy a leisurely start to your get away. What great value for money!!

tables need to be cleared more frequently. had to ask for fresh orange juice. drinks not replenished on a regular basis. more attention required to detail by staff

nice and comfy away from the madding area below an great way to wait for your plane and you do not have to keep looking for your gate as you are told by staff when & were to go

this is the second time we have used the bollin lounge when flying out very early in the morning, they are quiet, restful places but a few more newspapers would be good, the quality and choice of snacks and drinks is very good

had to check in 4 hours before flight to las vegas was nice to sit in clean open lounge with friendly staff justt made the holiday all the beter

Please put breakfast cereals back, missing on our last visit. Comfy area, not over crowded, relaxing away from the crowds.

we went into loungue after 5pm and felt it lagging atmosphere and felt as it was end of day the staff were more concerned with clearing up etc....

better than waiting in a crowded airport lounge but below avewrage in terms of most executive airport lounges

The selection of available breakfast has been reduced over the last year. When I visited in March there were only croissants and crackers whereas previous visits there was a variety of cereals and bread. At busy times there is sometimes a delay in clearing tables.
